Worst hotel stay

The location is awful first of all there are homeless people in the parking lot begging for money, doling drugs and drinking when we first arrived. We got into our room and it was supposedly a non smoking room but reeked like marijuana and cigarettes, which I really wasn’t happy about at all! The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the blankets smelled like they weren’t changed. When I asked to switched to another room all they had was a king bed available and the lady said if you switch to that room we can’t give you a roll away for one of the children because she wasn’t going to get it and maintenance wasn’t there to do it for her. If I could give this place a worse rating I would not only was the room dirty so was the property. Scattered with trash and you have worry about your car being broken into with all these people hanging around the parking lot all night being extremely loud doing drugs right in front of you. Definitely NOT worth 150$.

Stay anywhere but here!!!

I had called in before booking to see if I could get an extra early check in as I was traveling all night and just wanted to take a nap. I was told that there were multiple rooms available and that an early check-in would be allowed so I booked. I show up to the property and the front desk girl says they are fully booked and that their is no way I would be able to get checked in but to try again around 11 AM. I go back in at 11 and still says the same thing nothing is available. She says try back between 1-2 PM. I come back in at that time and still can't get it. I finally was able to get into my room right at 3 PM which is the normal check-in time. Meanwhile I had been trying to rest in my work truck from 8 AM until 3 right outside the room that I was eventually given. In that 7 hours I waited I did not see a single maid go into that room for cleaning so it was available the entire time. Once getting into the room it was filthy, the mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it, the TV would not work, and the mattress appeared to be laying on what seemed like metal lockers for a frame. It was the most unpleasant stay I have had in my life. From the room to the service this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The hotel is showing its age, a little shabby but very liveable. Breakfast was good. However, due to the egg shortage, a bit sparse. Nobody’s fault. Close to fast food restaurants, just in case. The bathroom should have grab bars, whether it’s a handicap room or not. Floors are slippery.

Two-nighter

Hotel room was a little dated but it was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had nice pressure. Parking lot was well lit and there was plenty of ‘relief’ areas for my dog. Location is right off the freeway and close to a lot of food choices.

We got the king suite which was very roomy..however there was not enough furniture in the rooms and no carpeting so every noise echoed so loud! An area rug would have been nice. The bathroom was so small that you literally had to stand in the tub to shut the door to use the toilet. The closet was bigger than the bathroom. There was no keurig just an old coffee maker that made one cup of awful coffee. The breakfast consisted of sausage, waffle and cereal. Because of the shortage of eggs none were served and no biscuits and gravy were substituted. The 2 nights we were there we never were able to connect to WiFi. I have never been so miserable in a suite in my life. There was no sink either other than what was in the bathroom. I will never stay here again.

The room was in average condition, but not fancy. The beds were average comfortable, but the frames were made of metal and squeaked all night long, every time you rolled over. The squeaking kept waking me up. I did not get a good nights sleep.
