No bathroom door. The entrance was broken, we have to walk to the side entrance. The room was dirty and the heater wasn’t working. There’s no blanket. Terrible place. No coming back!

The room was nice, and the hotel itself was acceptable. But the employee working the front desk on the evening we checked in was very rude, and had extremely poor communication skills. She lacked professionalism, consideration, and courtesy that someone in her position should exhibit. I was satisfied with the room, but because of my experience with her I will not be staying there again.

As a property rented by Expedia I would expect a little more!! There was no bar soap, for men who don't like a liquid. There was no towel for use at the kitchen sink to help clean up. A selection of plastic glasses for drinks would also be nice. The 4 receptacle electric plug between the beds, one side did not work and should be looked at by an electrician Shower head water pressure was too strong!! Cleanliness' was not an issue, excellent overall. Cleanliness is not as issue.

We were staying for an early surgery. I looked at reviews of hotels that were but people kept bringing up homeless and drug deals. This is a converted officers barracks and they are very private. There wasn't fan so our dog got overheated but other than that it was perfect.

Woke up around 3:00 to take the dog out and there was some guy trying to break into my car and steal out of the back of my friend's truck, security was slow to address the issue. Usually it's a pretty good spot, just a lot of lowlifes in the general vicinity.

The hot tub looked in awful shape - lots of areas with surface peeling. They even have a printed notice in your welcome sheet to ignore the appearance of the hot tub, so they are clearly aware. The biggest problem is the beds. I had checked into my room and was getting off my bed to take a shower when my foot was impaled by the sharp metal frame of the bed. The frame is hidden by the bed skirt, so it's impossible to see or even anticipate a sharp metal object is there. My foot was cut and bleeding and I immediately went to the front desk around to notify them of the issue. They offered me a band aid, but I wanted to talk to the manager. I was referred to Chris Burwell, the GM but he was never available as he was off site. I emailed him several times, but no response. I called his direct number, but it basically does not accept voicemails. So it seems that there is no way to contact him. Just horrible customer service. Also the manager of the buffet is really mean. She just has a horrible attitude to all the guests. Berating them for showing up with 5 minutes to eat. Just horrible. Needless to say this is quite alarming and dangerous, especially for my family with 2 young children staying with us in the room. Hopefully I won't get an infection from the rust.
