This unit can sleep 2 adults comfortably. This is not a shared unit. This is a brand new fully loaded 2022 unit, never lived in a travel home, shaded by large tree. This 25’ unit has w/6’5” ceiling heights about the size of some studio. Full kitchen/bathroom, living area, sleeping area. Separate entrance, private yard w/outdoor furniture, deck & patio, fire pit & bbq, full use of ¾ acre outdoor grounds. Much more!

All Included in unit:
This unit is hooked up to city/county water & electrical utilities. No gas!
RV toilet paper is required, liens will be washed weekly, internet, bi-weekly septic clean out, water/garbage, utilities, Internet streaming TV w/Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, Stars, new memory foam mattress & water proof mattress covers, (dog/cat bed, food dishes, if needed), smart 42"TV, bedding, pillows, towels, fully loaded kitchen with dishes/glasses/wine glasses/mix-storage/coffee pot/utensils/knives/ bowls/pots/pans/bake ware/rice cooker/crock pot/toaster/blender/mixer/waffle maker/grill, electric oven-air fry/28 spices included for longer bookings.

Fur Baby: Are not allowed at this time without and only if approved by owner including support animals. If approved limited to one small dog/cat under 15 lbs. If you should bring a dog/cat, it must be over 2 years old to avoid the puppy chew/training/scratching stages. There will be pet small non-refundable fee is required of $100. Pet rent will be added @ the rate of $100 per month.

Outdoors/Grounds/Laundry:
Private yard, outdoors furniture, deck & patio, fire pit & bbq.
Laundry offered in many near by locations.

Extra storage space offered for 3 monthly rental only.
Extra freezer space will be provided in the freezers in the gym/garage. Just mark your food. Extra storage if you stock up or find great buys would be in the pass through in the unit.

Our location is centered on 12 different hospitals, nearby shopping and Downtown Sacramento all within a 10 mile radius.
