The room was clean (although smelled a bit chemically) and thoughtfully decorated. I love the downtown location of this Inn. The breakfast room has a nice assortment of juices, breads, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, milks, etc. Parking is easy and staff friendly. On the downside, the heater runs constantly and is quite loud and neighborhood gardeners started with their leaf blowers just before 7am Saturday morning along with dumpster trash pick ups and the noise was VERY loud. I’ve stayed here twice now and next time will request a room not on the street. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay in Davis.

Very nice, clean room. Ample parking, great location. My only complaint is that the tv is very limited. There should be a way to get Netflix, etc. The cable channels don’t even say what is playing.

The room was clean and OK, along with the property in general. The workers were helpful and the free breakfast area was nice. We were woken up either after midnight or around 7am three of the five days by noisy people in the parking lot, noisy cars, and the garbage truck. One day there was workers on the street with a leaf blower that started at 6:30am and went until 8am.

I hesitate to review the Vine and allowing the secret out. The rooms are comfortable and on par with many 4 star business hotels. The lack of pool and associated food option unfairly penalizes a wonderfully comfortable inn.

No one staffing the front desk when I arrives to check in at about 10:00 PM. Sign had me call another hotel to come get the key. Had to drive to go pick it up and then come back. Big hassle. What a pile.
