volleyball tournament trip

it is a great location, inside the room have sets of plates, bowl, pot, pans and etc..., can cooking simple food. I am will come back if visit Rancho Cordova again. plus free breakfast . happy to stay and very comfortable.

A Star On The Overnight Shift

The staff was incredible. There was one particular staff member that provided the most outstanding customer service and I cannot for the life of me remember her name! She works 3rd shift and we bonded on the fact I was in the industry myself before going into property management. She has the biggest heart to serve and I definitely pray she is recognized for the service she provides.

Clean and modern but with a big problem

This hotel is updated and very clean. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. However, they had no fresh towels on the 2nd night. The front desk said their housekeeping was short staffed that morning, and they were out of clean towels. I understand that bad things happens, but for nearly $600 for 2 nights, this is unacceptable. All of our large towels were on the floor and mixed, so I dried off after a shower with hand towels.

This was a very clean property. I was concerned about 2 things prior to my trip. A hotel room with no bugs (so many in the area have terrifying reviews) and a safe location. I was completely satisfied on both accounts. As a bonus this hotel has a large map in the lobby with what to do & places to go in the surrounding area. Its a 2 minute drive from the American River. The metro that goes to downtown is right across the street. Did I say clean, it was very clean & our room was exceptional.

The Hotel is fairly new, but room was extremely clean, along with lobby. There were a lot of options for breakfast. The only concern I have is that there is a lot of transients that are walking by, so definitely lock your vehicles, don’t leave anything inside vehicles. Again the location where the hotel doesn’t seem scary or dirty just be weary that you will see transients walking by.
