Please take the reviews serious! Considering you pay for an all inclusive, because you plan on staying in the hotel for the entirety of your stay, you’ll understand why some ppl left early.
The pictures of the property, the restaurants, lobbies and rooms are true BUT: The place is not even CLOSE to ready to receive guests. The WiFi doesn’t work in your room, in the restaurants, at the pool, ONLY in the lobby… European mobile data does not work there. The elevator is so poorly made and dirty, you fear for your safety every time you get in there. The water in the bathroom has a stink scent to it, which over time takes over the bathroom and the bedroom. On one day the water stopped running for five minutes and after turning it back on the next day it was running slightly brown for like two seconds. It looks like the room doesn’t get cleaned for new guests: The towels and the bed may be fresh but there were small cakes on one side of a large plate covered with a clear foil. This had definitely been there for ever! Also when they clean your room during your stay, you don’t get new towels. They leave the ones you’ve been using but fold them in fancy ways which makes you not want to use them anymore. They basically just put new toilet paper for “cleaning”.
Half of the staff speaks no English and some are a little “too friendly” which is uncomfortable. The majority of the buffet food didn’t seem fresh at all and some foods had already small flies on them.
