Perfect for enjoying the sun, the southern warmth, and long meals with family or friends in complete tranquility. The sleeping area includes a 13 m² bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom of approximately 12 m² with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings.

The property features a shower room with a single vanity unit. The toilet is separate.

Parking: Free parking spaces are available within the residence.
