Saint-Firmin-sur-Loire is a charming town located in the Loiret department of France. Nestled on the banks of the Loire, it offers a magnificent natural setting with its river landscapes, verdant meadows, and panoramic views of the river.

The region abounds with interesting historical sites. The 11th-century Church of Saint-Firmin is an impressive example of Romanesque architecture. The Château de La Bussière, the Mantelot Locks, and the Briare Canal, located nearby, are also must-sees for history buffs.

The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located on the edge of a 150-hectare forest, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire River, a 20-minute bike ride from the "Loire à Vélo" cycle route at the Briare Canal, and a 20-minute drive from the A77 motorway (exit 20 Briare/Châtillon-sur-Loire). Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Loiret region, combining relaxation, culture, and nature.

Whether for a relaxing getaway, cultural exploration, or an outdoor adventure, you'll find everything you need around the Gîte du Pozoir for an authentic Loiret experience. The Gîte Le Petit Pozoir, accommodating 4-6 people, is located on the ground floor of the house. A dining room that can accommodate both cottages, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room, and two separate toilets.

It has an entrance from the inner courtyard and features a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue next to the pond.

The Le Grand Pozoir cottage, accommodating 6 people, is located on the upper floor of the house. It offers a lovely open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen; a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed; a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and its own en-suite shower room and separate toilet; a separate shower room; a separate toilet; and on the second floor (open to the staircase), a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.

It has a separate entrance via an external staircase from the courtyard and features a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue next to the pond.

Each cottage has a private terrace, and there is a shared garden and private parking in front of the property.

An internal staircase connects the two cottages and is secured by a lockable door. A 40m² function room is available on-site for up to 30 people.

All-inclusive rate: bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning is available as an optional extra for €50.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
