This is a beautiful villa of character on the heights of Saint Gély du Fesc, for 8 people.
Saint Gély du Fesc is a small village located 8 km north of Montpellier, between the Pic Saint Loup and the Mediterranean (1/2 hour from the beach and 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault).

The villa is very quiet, it is located at the end of a dead end. It has a beautiful 8x4m swimming pool and is protected by a fall detector in accordance with current standards.

It has 4 bedrooms, all air conditioned, with a large double bed.
(Cot and high chair)

All along the pool, a large solarium terrace (12x3m), thanks to its 4 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs to fully enjoy the sun.

A large terrace, serving as an outdoor dining room, allows you to eat while taking full advantage of the magnificent view that is offered to us on the other hill of St Gély, with the swimming pool in the foreground.
You can have coffee in the large garden furniture at the end of the meal and let yourself go for a nap ...
A grassy and flowered garden surrounds the villa, and brings that touch of greenery essential to rest and well-being.
Another terrace, equipped with a small living room in teak, covered this one, allows to rest in the shade, when the heat begins to be felt, thanks to the small breeze which crosses it on both sides. .

The interior distribution is made up on the ground floor of:
- Living room, equipped with a 55 'TV
- Dining room
- Kitchen open to living room, overlooking the outdoor terrace and the indoor dining room, equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, 'a large fridge with two large freezer drawers, a washing machine, a coffee machine and all kitchen utensils and crockery.
- 1 master bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a large 160X200 bed, with bay window opening giving access to the garden and the swimming pool. The view from the bed is very pleasant. Orientation full East.
- 1 other bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a 140x200 bed. Orientation full West.
- 1 guest bedroom, air-conditioned, with a 150x200 bed. Orientation full West.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, with a French window which gives direct access to the garden and to the swimming pool. Orientation full East.

Upstairs we find:
- A mezzanine organized as an office.
- A large bedroom, air-conditioned, with a large 160x200 bed, with its own bathroom (sink, shower WC), completely renovated. It has two windows, one to the west and the other to the south. This room, which can be compared to a small suite, offers great comfort and great independence (if you want to retire in peace for example).

The whole house is equipped with Freebox pop internet, with WiFi in ADSL.
Another unlimited 4G box will give you another very high speed internet access. Its WiFi is equipped with a repeater outside and allows you an excellent reception in the garden.

The view is magnificent and breathtaking.

A large cinema complex with eight cinemas has just opened at the entrance to St Gély du Fesc.

Perfect host; fantastic property

We have stayed in many vacation homes about France some with VRBO and some with Air B&B. But Miguel stands out as being hospitable, trusting and generous. You won't find a better host. The house is super well appointed in all respects. Everything works perfectly and the swimming pool is pristine clean. The garden is lovely. The house, naturally, was also very clean. It is very important for me to have quiet at night. The neighborhood is pin drop quiet most of the day and all night. I can't say enough nice things about our stay. The location is great for going around to all the quaint medieval villages and also for hiking in the close-by forested mountainous area. All in all, we certainly enjoyed staying in St. Gely du Fesc at Miguel's house.

This was an excellent property providing clean, spacious and comfortable family accommodation. It has a lovely garden with superb views over the neighbouring hill and a well kept swimming pool. Miguel is the perfect host who clealy wants guests to enjoy his home and have the perfect holiday. I would strongly recommend the property.

Belle villa au calme avec superbe vue

La réalité correspond parfaitement avec le descriptif dans l’annonce. Le propriétaire Miguel est super aimable et nous a mis très vite à l’aise dans sa maison avec ces conseils avisés. Également pendant le séjour Miguel reste joignable et répond de suite aux sms si besoin. Villa très agréable, pas trop grande, bien agencée et située sur les hauteurs du village, rue très calme (cul de sac). Située sur le versant est de la colline (petit déj. au soleil !) la villa est super bien équipée (même des produits d’entretien sont dispo) avec une cuisine très pratique et fonctionnelle. Mobilier de jardin de qualité en une belle piscine. Les 3 chambres au RDC sont bien isolées les unes des autres, séparées d’une toilette ou d’une salle de bain. La chambre parentale avec salle de bain à l’étage est très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme, à recommander vivement si vous cherchez la tranquillité.

Et fint hus med en meget behagelig stemning.

Huset er moderne inntrettet, men allikevel klassisk på en smakfull måte. De ulike værelsene har en touch av forskjellige temaer (spansk, japansk etc.) uten at det blir for mye av det gode. Huset virker hjemmekoselig fordi kunst, bøker, platesamling etc. (intet for personlig) står fremme. Kjøkkenet er moderne med alle fasiliteter og alt inventar er i god stand. Huset er rent og lysinnfallet til de aller fleste værelsene er meget behagelig. Soveværelsene har AC som virker utmerket. Hagen er pent oppbygget med bl.a trær som skaper viktig skygge på sentrale steder som f.eks ved spiseplassen. Det er også en behagelig overbygget terrasse selv om møblementet kunne ha vært av det mer komfortable slaget. Svømmebassenget er passe stort og ikke minst rent. Utsikten fra hagen er fin og utover en liten dal i Saint-Gely-du-Fesc, men intet ekstraordinært. Parkeringssituasjonen tillater én bil på privat område, men andre biler kan fint parkere langs villaveien som i norsk/dansk forstand kan minne om Vindern i Oslo og Højbjerg i Aarhus. Huset ligger i en vei med alminnelige boliger (middelklasse/øvre middelklasse) og dette gjelder stort sett hele Saint-Gely-du-Fesc. Vi så ingen andre turister (les: biler) fra det nordlige Europa da vi besøkte byen i slutten av juli måned. For oss var dette definitivt en gledelig overraskelse :)

compacte woning met mooi zicht

Goede en vriendelijke ontvangst van Miguel. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig in de woning. Het huis kan een opfris beurt gebruiken. o.a boven een lekkende airco, ligzetels en kussen voor op de stoelen en de buitensalon mogen vernieuwd worden. De tuin grondig opfris beurt en snoeiwerk. In het dorp is alles aanwezig . Mits deze kleine minpunten hebben we een prima verblijf genoten

jolie villa très bien équipée avec une très belle vue. la piscine chauffe facilement. les équipements de plein air sont également parfaits. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et prévenants. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour.

mooie en ruime vakantiewoning

Helemaal tevreden van de woning en mooie tuin. De eigenaar - Miguel - is een zeer vriendelijke, korrekte en hulpvaardige host. Alles is er aanwezig om met familie of vrienden een fijne vakantie door te brengen. De woning was super maar het dorp vonden wij niet zo mooi. weliswaar zijn er wel winkels in de nabijheid. In alle geval een perfekte keuze !

Überdurchschnittlich schönes Haus

Wir wurden von Herrn Pujol sehr freundlich empfangen! Als wir ins Haus kamen war es noch schöner und moderner als es auf den Internetseiten beschrieben war. Die Küche supermodern, das Bad aussergewöhnlich schön und die Schlafzimmer luden zum Träumen ein. Alles war mit viel Liebe vom Eigentümer eingerichtet worden. Die Sauberkeit war überdurchschnittlich. Im Garten, mit seiner wunderschönen gedeckten Pergola und dem schönen Pool, fühlten wir uns wie im Pardies. Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Der sehr sympathische Eigentümer war immer erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden auch sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Herrn Pujol Marco & Silvia
