Emplacement de la maison tout proche de l'océan qui est accessible à pieds via une petite voie sans issue. Ce fut très pratique pour se rendre à la plage.La maison est suffisamment équipée et fonctionnelle pour y accueillir une famille de 5 personnes et ses attentes, conforme au descriptif indiqué sur Abritel.Le grand jardin clos fut également apprécié par ces possibilités d'activités extérieures possibles en toute sécurité.Location idéale pour y passer un agréable séjour au calme entourée de pins située à 150 m de la plage de Chaucre.Echanges avec le propriétaire efficaces et cordiaux.Nous sommes rentrés chez nous satisfaits de notre séjour Oléronais.

Vacances a Oléron

Un endroit très agréable à cette période de l’année. La plage est accessible à pied, calme, et franchement parfaite pour se poser tranquillement.La maison est bien située, fonctionnelle, et super équipée : grand jardin, barbecue, grande pièce de vie où on a passé de bonnes soirées à jouer et discuter. Rien ne manquait.C’est le genre d’endroit où on se sent vite à l’aise. Quartier tranquille, cadre sympa. On a bien profité, et on compte clairement revenir l’année prochaine.Je recommande sans hésiter !

Das Anwesen braucht eine Sanierung

Sorry, ich kann die 10/10 der Vormieter überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Haus ist muffig oder schimmelig, trotz tagelangen Lüftens. Die Möbel sind alt. Vieles ist sehr abgegriffen und müßte erneuert werden. Die Einrichtung hat den Charme meiner Großeltern leider seit dem nichts mehr dran gemacht. Die Fotos die dies zeigen würden, wie es wirklich eingerichtet ist fehlen. Großer alter Schrank vor Fenster! Schlechte Beleuchtung im Inneren, abgebildete Stehlampe fehlt. Bad entspricht nicht mehr 2024. Lampe an Spiegelschrank war schon demontiert. Mülleimer einfach nur dreckig von außen. Spinnweben an der Lampe, ich frage mich wer hier das Haus vor Vermietung checkt und putzt. Lampe außen laut Vormieter schon seit 10.8. defekt -bis zu unserem Einzug 31.8. Nicht repariert. Duschwasser läuft nicht ab. Geruchsbelästigung im Trakt des Bades stark. Garten und Einfahrt zur Garage wenig gepflegt. Hätte ich ehrliche Bewertungen im Vorfeld gelesen, ich hätte es nicht gebucht, sorry. Hoffe für alle Nachmieter, dass es sich enorm verbessert.

Idéalement situé, à proximité de la mer. Vaste jardin agréable et très calme. Logement spacieux qui mérite de poursuivre les rénovations Propriétaire réactif, très précis et efficace. Bon accueil avec cadeau à l'arrivée, ça fait plaisir ! (Petit bémols pour l'entretien des couettes plus que nécessaire)

Viel Platz und Ruhe

Das Haus ist geräumig, das Grundstück riesig und ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im nächsten Ort ist täglich Markt, so dass man ausgezeichnet einkaufen und kochen kann. Das Haus ist nicht neu, aber alles funktioniert sehr gut. Zu Fuß sind es wenige Minuten zum Sandstrand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren total zufrieden.

Mooi ouderwets huis op een geweldige plek

Bij aankomst beetje geschrokken, buiten zag het er rommelig uit, tuinmeubilair was vies en terras zag er niet verzorgd uit. Maar dat hebben we zelf opgeknapt en daarna hebben we zeer genoten van het prachtige stuk grond rondom het huis. Binnen is het zeer basic, geen luxe, maar alles wat je op vakantie nodig hebt is er. We hadden eigen dekbed bij ons, aanrader. Al met al een fijn huis, grote woonkamer. Een hus met ruimte. Zelf vinden we het een huis voor max 4/6 personen. Voor 1 gezin ideaal. Huis is vlakbij strand en 2 eettentjes. Contact met eigenaar was uitstekend, reageerde direct bij vragen.

Location bien située. Belle terrasse et jardin agréable. Très bons contact avec le propriétaire. Des coussins pour les bains de soleil et les fauteuils extérieurs seraient nécessaires. Salle de bains exigüe par rapport au nombre de couchages. Un seul wc.

Très bon séjour

Belle propriété idéalement située près de la plage et non loin des commerces. Spacieux et confortable, bien équipée, il ne lui manque qu’un petit rafraîchissement… Notre hôte était très attentionné et réactif. Notons quand même que la salle de bain est vraiment minuscule. Pour deux personnes, ça va mais au-delà ce n’est pas gerable! Une salle de bain plus grande et un rafraîchissement de la maison en ferait la location parfaite

Séjour dans un environnement fabuleux

L'emplacement et le jardin sont absolument exceptionnels : c'est vraiment une semaine de rêve, on est plongés dans un cadre naturel, sauvage et la plage est si proche, je veux revenir chaque année. J'adore !! Le rapport qualité prix est juste imbattable à mon avis. Je veux revenir chaque année !!!

Une excellente semaine à l'Ile D'Oléron

Emplacement idéal avec un grand jardin fort agréable sans vis à vis. Le propriétaire se rend disponible pour toute question et est très réactif et sympathique. La maison est très bien équipée (il y a vraiment de tout!). La salle d'eau est miniscule par contre mais il y a possibilité d'utiliser la douche extérieur quand il fait beau (nous avons eu cette chance). En tout honnêté, nous avons trouvé le prix de la location élevé par rapport au standing de la maison à l'intérieur (besoin de raffraichissement) mais nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et avons bien profité de cette belle île.
