Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by a large living space, modern and warm, ideal for sharing convivial moments around the dining table.

The American kitchen, fully equipped, includes everything you will need to prepare delicious dishes yourself. You will find a fridge-freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a citrus press, two Dolce Gusto capsule and filter coffee makers as well as all the necessary utensils.

In the lounge, a large comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs invite you to relax in front of a film or to follow a sporting event on television.



On the sleeping side, the chalet offers 3 comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people: a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and its adjoining bathroom with WC, a second with a double bed (140x200) and finally a last one with two single beds (80x200).

A bathroom with shower and an independent WC complete this space designed for your well-being.

A washing machine is also at your disposal for even more comfort, as well as 2 private parking spaces.



Important Information:

- A security camera is present; it films the terrace and will be switched off upon the arrival of travellers.

- On the estate it is forbidden to charge electric cars on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.

- This new residence is in the process of being finalised on certain private plots. A few chalets are still missing and could be installed during your stay.

- Rest assured: all common areas of your chalet (play area, swimming pool, entrance…) are new, clean and ready to welcome you for a worry-free holiday!

- The community indoor swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and open all year round.

- The rental has Wi-Fi access.

- This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- Animals are not accepted in this rental.

- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.
