The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and allows you to cook as you would at home. The accommodation includes two sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage cupboard located in the hallway, as well as a sofa bed (160x200) for two people in the living room.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.



A washing machine that can also dry clothes, a baby cot, a high chair, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.



A dedicated parking space is included in the secure garage of the residence.
