la petite maison, 2 person gite in beautiful Bourgandy

Welcome to 'la petite maison'! The little house on our property "Sous les trois Tilleuls" in the beautiful Morvan!

The little house is separate from the big house and has its own terrace, so plenty of privacy! The house was completely renovated in 2021, whereby the authentic details have been preserved or even brought forward (such as the walls 'en pierre'). The cottage is 40 m2 and covers two floors and is suitable for 2 people (possibly with baby / toddler).

The entrance is upstairs, there is also the wooden terrace that is all for you alone. Through the front door you enter the kitchen and living room. Via the narrow staircase you go down, where the bedroom, bathroom and toilet are. Both floors have access to an electric heater, upstairs the wood stove is the primary source of heat.

The small house therefore has all the ingredients for a wonderful stay in the Morvan; four seasons long!

Kitchen, bed & bath linen are provided and included in the price. There is a mandatory final cleaning.
The entire cottage is non-smoking. Pets on request. On request it is also possible to place a baby bed and high chair.
