The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this lovely, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent, located on the ground floor of a one-storey house, just 300 meters from the beach! The flat comfortably sleeps 2 people. It comprises a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room, a lovely bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate WC, sunny enclosed garden and terrace, ideal for meals. Bed linen and towels extra. Adults only.

The accommodation comprises :
A day area with :
- A living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher...
- One bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm, which can be joined together to make a double bed (160×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- An enclosed garden with a terrace fitted with a dining table and 4 chairs. Access is via the living room.

Other facilities: washing machine shared by both flats in the residence.

The property is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.
Food shops, bars and restaurants are just 500 m from the accommodation. The campsite, two minutes from the house, offers takeaway food and bread. You can enjoy around the various activities on offer : golf, tennis, sailing and surfing.

Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in one of the free car parks close to the accommodation.

Pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée ni au de part. Remise des clefs ds la boite aux lettres du gérant à sa demande . Et le lendemaincom de la caution sous prétexte que le cliché de la baie vitrée etai casse. Il s’agit d’un comportement malhonnête Futurs loueurs : EXIGER un état des lieux à l’arrivée et au départ

A 3 min à pieds d’une superbe plage !

Cette location est idéale pour un break près de Dinard et saint Malo. Située sur saint Lunaire elle permet de faire de belles balades sans la foule… Location très récente et ultra propre, elle dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire et il est possible de bénéficier des draps en option Merci encore aux propriétaires !
