The large open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space and is equipped with a full suite of appliances. A shower room with a double hand-basin and a separate WC complete the facilities on this floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is a generously sized room furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a hand-basin, a private shower, and electric shutters. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as electric shutters. All rooms benefit from marvellous views of the sea.
