The Cocoonr Agency offers this brand-new contemporary house for rent in Saint-Malo, ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Rothéneuf, just a 3-minute walk from shops and an 8-minute walk from Val Beach. Close to all amenities and in a peaceful setting, the house is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, spans 110 m², and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a beautiful 40 m² living area (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a fully enclosed garden of approximately 200 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linens are provided (bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
Ground floor:
• A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
• A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.
• Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
• A bathroom with a shower
• A separate toilet
First floor:
• Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
• Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private driveway.
Free street parking is also available nearby.
