Just 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire River, the cottage enjoys an ideal location for exploring the treasures of the Saumur region and Anjou: the Château and Apothecary of Baugé, the Cadre Noir equestrian center in Saumur, troglodyte caves, the Anjou-Saumur vineyards, Loire River cruises, and canoe trips.

You will enjoy a private, fully enclosed garden of approximately 370 m², complete with a furnished terrace, garden furniture, and an electric griddle for al fresco dining.

On the ground floor, the warm and light-filled living area includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area for four, and a comfortable lounge with a smart TV. Two large French doors provide direct access to the terrace and garden. You will also find a separate toilet with a washbasin and a shower room with a large shower, vanity unit, and a second toilet.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with beautiful, unobstructed views of the countryside:

* One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm);

* One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined together as needed.

Both bedrooms have storage space.

The owners live on the property, ensuring your privacy and tranquility with separate, private outdoor spaces.

Full baby equipment is available: travel cot, high chair, baby bath with baby seat, and changing table. Le Chêne Vert welcomes you to a peaceful countryside setting, ideal for relaxation while remaining close to the main tourist attractions of Anjou and Saumur.
