Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, la maison est jolie et confortable, le jardin parfait pour les enfants (il mériterait juste un peu plus d'entretien). Elle est idéalement située dans Saint-Pierre c'est agréable de pouvoir se déplacer à pied et en vélo les plages ne sont pas très loin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie-Annick et Valérie a gentiment répondu à nos questions pendant le séjour. Nous sommes ravis et recommandons avec plaisir cette maison. Merci !

Très bien placée. Accueil agréable. Facilité pour entreposer les vélos. Maison agréable et confortable . Jardin clôturé et sans vis à vis mais peu entretenu.Propreté un peu juste.La chambre qui donne sur la rue est un peu bruyante.

La maison est très bien placée dans Saint Pierre, on peut tout faire à pied. Elle est très bien agencée et très pratique. Il manque juste quelques éléments pour la rendre plus chaleureuse et plus pratique pour un séjour pour 4 adultes.

Location exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sur Saint Pierre d'Oléron avec notre fille de 2 ans 1/2. Le logement était très confortable ! Rien ne manquait. Il y avait même des jeux et livres très adaptés pour notre enfant. Propriétaires très disponibles. C'était parfait !

Logement bien situé mais sale, dommage

Logement conforme au descriptif et bien situé dans le centre de saint pierre. Nous avons malheureusement récupéré une location très sale et avons dû passer 4h à faire le ménage pour récupérer la saleté. Nous avons tout de même eu un dédommagement mais avons dû relancer la propriétaire pour l’ obtenir.

Des vacances parfaites !

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi ce logement situé en plein cœur de St Pierre d’Oleron. La situation est idéale pour découvrir l’ensemble de l’île. A la fin d’une longue journée plage ou vélo, c’est un bonheur de retrouver ce logement spacieux et lumineux, et ce petit jardin pour l’apéro du soir ! Vraiment nous sommes ravis. C’était parfait ! Qui plus est, la propriétaire qui est juste à côté est adorable.

Unkompliziertes Rundumpaket

Wir waren mit unseren fünf Kindern in unterschiedlichem alter zu Gast. Der Empfang war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist genau im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Die kleine nette Innenstadt mit Cafés und Geschäften, der im Sommer tägliche Markt ist unmittelbar erreichbar. Der Wagen kann auf einem der öffentlichen Parkplätze kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Zu den unterschiedlichen Stränden (ruhige und lebhafte) gelangt man innerhalb 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très jolie maison au cœur du village

Jolie maison rénovée avec goût et bien équipée. Placée à deux pas du marché et de la rue commerçante. Marie-Annick nous a très bien accueillis. Merci!

Agréable séjour dans ce logement avec un emplacement idéal

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec mon épouse et la fille de 18 mois. Tout s'est très bien passé. Très bonne ommunication avec Valérie. La localisation est parfaite : à 100 mètre de l'allée commerçante, à 200 mètres du marché, on ne peut pas faire mieux ! Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire et d'une douche. L'espace extérieur est sans vis-à-vis et se constitue d'une terrasse et d'un jardin avec transat. Une plancha est disponible (nous ne l'avons pas utilisé). Seul équipement manquant : un grille pain :-( Je recommande ce logement à Saint Pierre d'Oléron

Location très agréable et bien située

Location rénovée récemment et avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le fait d'être au centre de Saint Pierre permet de découvrir facilement toute l'Ile d'Oléron.
