IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY



This house, situated in an enclosed garden, comprises on the first level, a large room with sea views including the lounge with wood-burning stove, the dining room in a glazed extension, a fully equipped integrated kitchen opening onto an external terrace on this level, a vestibule and a separate WC.

The second level consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. On the top floor, three bedrooms and a shower room with WC complete the layout of the house.

On the garden level, the house offers a utility room with shower, very practical upon return from the beach.

The external spaces comprise an enclosed garden at the rear of the house and two wooden terraces. One is situated on the garden side (to the east), the second, on the sea side and facing due West, is the natural extension of the lounge in summer.

Possibility of parking in front of the house or within the property.

The property is part of a residential neighbourhood facing the ocean, free from any collective construction.

- House reserved for family use, groups abstain. The house capacity cannot exceed 8 people.

Access to the town of Saint Pierre Quiberon and its shops is 5 minutes by car.

Penthièvre station is 5 minutes on foot, it allows you to take the Tire-Bouchon, a summer train connecting Auray to Quiberon.
