This former farmhouse, nestled in the Allier Valley, has been tastefully renovated with the aim of welcoming guests to a haven of peace. The unobstructed view allows you to enjoy the landscape in both summer and winter, and to glimpse your neighbors in the distance: deer, does, roe deer, and other local wildlife.

Just 3 km away is the village of Saint-Prëjet-d'Allier, where you will find a restaurant/bar/snack bar with bread and pastries, a post office, and a library. You can also enjoy the free municipal swimming pool and borrow canoes and paddleboards for exploring the lake. You can explore several hiking trails starting from the village (fitness trail, arboretum, etc.).
