J’ai reservé la chambre pour mes beaux parents quand ils sont revenus à la chambre après leur souper il y avait des insectes dans le planchers de la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Ils ont informé le responsable de l’établissement ce dernier affirme quil n’y a rien là et demande de contacter hotel.com pour se faire rembourser dans les 24h. J’ai alors contacté le responsable qui dit qu’il va parler avec son patron pour le remboursement et me rappeler. Apres des échanges où il me dit parler txto avec son patron, il me laisse un message que son patron et lui vont vérifier s’il y a effectivement des insectes et décider après s’ils vont me rembourser. Le commis était évasif dans ses réponses. Mes parents n’ont pas dormi sur place et j'aimerais avoir un remboursement.

The property is walking distance to stores, restaurants etc. Heater in bathroom should be changed as it is all rusted! Floors were not washed I believe! Could need an uplift in the rooms! Reception was helpful! Could sit on the veranda which was nice! Was a quiet place! Minutes away from St. Jerome for shopping!

Fantastic Location.

Almost every year we’re visiting Val-Morin city for civic holiday weekend. During our visit,we always select this hotel for our stay. TD bank,Tim Horton, Mc Donald and a super market and Gas Station are available near by. FANTASTIC LOCATION.
