Maison trÚs propre, trÚs lumineuse et au calme.Parfaite pour 8 personnes avec ses 3 salles de bains.En cette période de Toussaint, le chauffage central a été trÚs apprécié par tous.Située à 150 m du chemin littoral qui permet de faire le tour de l'ßle à pied ou à vélo.La plage est à 300 m.Pas trop loin du centre ville pour les emplettes.Notre découverte de l'ßle d'Oleron a été un succÚs sur toute la ligne.

Bùtiment et endroit bien plus agréable et sympathiques que les propriétaires

Discussion avec la propriétaire à notre arrivée. Une machine à café Dolce Gusto était prévue dans le descriptif et il n'y en avait pas. J'ai contacté la proprio qui habite à 350 Kms de la location pour m'entendre dire que l'ancienne machine est tombée en panne mais qu'elle en a une chez elle mais qu'elle ne va pas parcourir 350 Kms pour me l'apporter. Je lui propose d'aller en acheter une et qu'elle me remboursera. Plus d'une demi heure de discussion avant qu'elle ne m'autorise à m'en ^procurer une. Assez désagréable.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Maison trĂšs spacieuse ! Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours trĂšs agrĂ©ables ! La jardin est immense, ombragĂ© et clos , apprĂ©ciable pour des enfants bas Ăąge ! La proximitĂ© avec le camping Ă  cĂŽtĂ© n'a pas du tout Ă©tĂ© un problĂšme. La plage est Ă  6 min en vĂ©lo et les commerces et le centre Ă  5/10 min! Nous recommandons cette maison et n hesiterons pas Ă  revenir plus tard ! Un grand merci Ă  Marc pour sa gentillesse sa disponibilitĂ© 😉 Proche de la ola

Ravie du séjour

Photos conformes au logement, que nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© ! La maison est grande et trĂšs propre. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le jardin est grand, voire immense. IdĂ©al pour les beaux jours car il est arborĂ© et avec des coins Ă  l’ombre. Emplacement idĂ©al : pas loin de la plage de Gatseau et non loin du village avec les commerces. PossibilitĂ© de garder 3 voitures. Le quartier est calme, car au fond d’une impasse. À noter tout de mĂȘme que la maison est Ă  proximitĂ© directe d’un camping dont la piscine est quasi collĂ©e au jardin. Nous sommes venus hors saison, nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s. Nous reviendrons cet Ă©tĂ© :)

Tres bien

Maison spacieuse et trÚs propre. Contact avec le propriétaire et le service de conciergerie impeccable. Bien située, nous sommes allés à la plage et au centre ville en vélo ! Je mettrais néanmoins quelques.meubles ou elements de déco en plus pour eviter la petite résonance et rendre la maison plus "cosy". Petit bémol pour nous, la maison est a cÎté d'un camping...avec des fetes bruyantes certains soirs.

La villa est trĂšs accueillante et fonctionnelle, ainsi que le parc qui l'entoure. Elle est situĂ©e dans un quartier calme Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage. Les Ă©quipements mĂ©nagers sont au top. Une suggestion : un second rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (pouvant ĂȘtre placĂ© dans le garage) constituerait un + compte tenu de la capacitĂ© d'accueil (4 chambres). Excellent sĂ©jour !
