The home is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi, ensuring that you're always connected. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, range hood, microwave, and washing machine. Small appliances such as an iron and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.



The spacious living room includes a 55" Sony OLED TV, a cozy bench, and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Each of the bedrooms is fitted with a wardrobe or closet, ensuring plenty of storage space. The home also features reversible air conditioning, allowing you to stay comfortable year-round.



For outdoor enjoyment, there’s a lovely garden terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha for grilling meals. You can also enjoy a game of boules on the private boulodrome or store your bikes on the provided bike rack. A separate WC adds extra convenience for guests.
