Gute Lage, bescheidener Komfort

Schöne, gepflegte, auf einer Anhöhe gelegene, umschlossene Anlage mit eigenem Parkplatz. Lage ist gut. Beschwerlicher Fußweg aus St. Tropez, da permanent bergauf . Das Studio ist bescheiden ausgestattet und entspricht nicht deutschem Standard. Die relativ kleine Fläche der Unterkunft könnte effizienter & ergonomischer genutzt werden. Bei ausgeklappter Couch ist der verbleibende Raum sehr beengt. Schöner Balkon mit Teilblick auf den Hafen. Balkonstühle´unbequem. Als Schlafstätte ohne Komfort ok.

Gute Lage, spartanische Ausstattung

Schöne, gepflegte, auf einer Anhöhe gelegene und umschlossene Anlage (Schranke + Rolltor) mit eigenem Parkplatz. Lage ist gut. Hafen von St. Tropez ist zu fuß in ca. 15-20min, mit dem Fahrrad 5-7min erreichbar. Der Rückweg ist allerdings immer beschwerlicher als der Hinweg, da es permanent bergauf geht. Das letzte Stück durchaus steil, auf einer engen, schlecht einsehbaren Straße ohne Bürgersteig...VORSICHT ist geboten. Das Studio ist eher bescheiden ausgestattet und entspricht nicht dem deutschen Standard. Eigenwillig angebrachte Spültischarmaturen, Duschköpfe, entgegen der Arbeitsrichtung öffnende Kühlschranktüren usw. Die relativ kleine Fläche der Unterkunft könnte effizienter, ergonomischer und bequemer genutzt werden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unbequeme Klappcouch, die während des Aufenthalts praktisch immer ausgeklappt bleibt und somit eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im Raum verwehrt. Andere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Raum gibt es nicht, außer zwei Barhockern, die allerdings wg. des Platzmangels durch die ausgeklappte Couch irgendwo hin müssen. Der überdimensionierte Couchtisch macht ohne Sitzgelegenheit auch keinen Sinn und nimmt nur Platz weg. Dafür gibt es einen schönen Balkon mit Teilblick auf den Hafen von St. Tropez. Jeden Tag war ein anderes Kreuzfahrtschiff in Sichtweite. Leider ist der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon auch nicht besonders lange genießbar, da die beiden Klappstahlstühle dermaßen unbequem sind, dass man kaum 15min darauf sitzen bleiben kann. Nichtsdestotrotz war es für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Leben ist St. Tropez ist eine Party ! Die Unterkunft wird eh nur als Schlafstätte genutzt. Dieses Studio würden wir allerdings nicht mehr wählen. Fam. König

Perfect 10

The apartman is very charming and nice. The view is stuning. A true oasis of relaxation. It is close to the centar and you have a realy safe parking for car. The stuff is kind...we have a credit card problem and they let us stay in the apartmend without any deposit. Very nice of them. It is also very clean. You will enjoy if you choose this apartment.

Une semaine parfaite

Ce petit studio est très cosi pour un couple qui veut profiter de Saint-Tropez et prendre un petit déjeuner tranquille sur levé de soleil sur le balcon. Il faudrait juste améliorer le mobilier de terrasse qui n’est pas très confortable ou alors mettre à disposition des cousins pour les chaises. Sinon c’était vraiment cool. Merci aussi au staff qui est à l’écoute du client et très avenant. Petit conseil : enregistrez bien l’adresse sur votre agenda Apple lors de la réservation

Ce studio est idéalement situé au cœur de St tropez 10 MM à pied de la place des Lices tout en étant au calme. Bien équipé une vue magnifique sur le port nous avons pu profiter de voir les beaux voiliers pendant les voiles de St tropez vu du balcon ! Le studio est cosy et bien décoré ideal pour un couple

Wir waren von der wunderbaren Aussicht begeistert, genau wie im Internet dargestellt. Innen ist es spartanisch: - Kühlschrank ließ sich nicht abtauen wie nach Auszug verlangt - Klodeckel locker - Küchenlampe defekt, allerdings bei einem Gewitter sprang sie an, ließ sich dann nicht mehr ausstellen - Geschirr mit viel Gebrauchsspuren und zusammengewürfelt - Vorsicht: Nachbarschaft unten ist geräuschempfindlich und mahnt schon mal an - keine Klimaanlage, aber bei Temperaturen sehr notwendig
