Welcome to LC que CL, Landes Conviviales __ Rooms for Rent

2 Rooms for Rent, in "Holiday" mode, at the inhabitant Laëtitia, in a single storey house of 125 m².

* Bedroom N°1 with beautiful separate bathroom, Italian shower & separate WC, television with Chromecast, Wifi, fan, French window overlooking the garden.

* Bedroom N°2 with pretty separate shower room, large walk-in shower & separate WC, television with Chromecast, WiFi, fan, French window overlooking the garden.

Please, ask me if you want 2 rooms, available according to the schedule.

The house has a large living-dining room-kitchen, over 40m².
Outside, a 36 m² wooden terrace with a lounge area under an arbor and a dining area.
All on a plot of around 500m², with a garden with trees and flowers.

I offer breakfast as an option: sweet formula at €8, savory at €10 or à la carte, in this case I take care of preparing, serving and cleaning.

Know that it is possible to take / prepare your own meal in the dining areas and in this case, it is up to you to clean and tidy up. I provide my dishes.

I offer space in the refrigerator and in the freezer as well as cold water for the night.

I also provide shower and hair products.

I accept animals if they are calm so as not to disturb other travelers (paid option).

I have 2 bedrooms so you can come up to 4/6 people (I don't see any problem with having an extra child in the room, with a supplement depending on age and I have a special inflatable mattress for children lend up to 8/9 years).
If you take Room 1 + 2: with family or friends, you can use the same bathroom and WC.
Do not hesitate to look at the plan of the house attached to the photos.

The advantages of the location of the house:
- Access on foot to downtown shops.
- Bus stop 1 minute away (to the beaches, for example).
- Less than 5 minutes: train station, restaurants, bakeries, banks, shops, supermarket.
- Capbreton or Hossegor 12 minutes away.
- Between Dax at 23 min and Bayonne at 24 min.
- Biarritz airport 30 minutes away.
- Spain, the mountains 45 minutes away.

I rent bikes: ideal for enjoying walks on cycle paths, heading for the beaches. Let me know in advance :-)

Rates per night:
==> from September 16 to April 30: 1 person: €57/night
==> from May 1 to June 30: 1 person: €68/night
==> from July 1 to September 15*: 1 person: €80/night (2 nights minimum)
* special rate from 13-[Hidden content] to 3[Hidden content]8 = €90/night

Rate "tourist tax, departure cleaning, bed linen, bath towels": €50 up to 6 days.
+ 30€ if more than 7 days with intermediate cleaning, change of bed linen and towels
+ €10/night additional person (except child up to 10 years old = €5/night)
+ 10€/night private shower
+ €1 to €3/night, depending on the animal so as not to disturb other travelers
- 10% in case of simultaneous booking, room 1+2
- 5% from 7 nights rental

* Identity document of each traveler to be presented.
