With an area of 96 m², it has an ideal setting to enjoy the ocean's edge. A stone's throw from the Goulet beach (fine sand), cycle paths and close to shops, it offers all the advantages for a stay in complete serenity. You will also find nearby surf schools and an equestrian centre to vary the pleasures during your stay.



You will discover a beautifully decorated living space, bathed in light thanks to its openings that offer a pleasant view of the outside. The living room is perfect for a moment of relaxation in front of your favourite film, and the dining room will allow you to share good meals.

The fully equipped American kitchen will enable you to prepare delicious dishes for yourself and your loved ones. It includes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



In the evening, you can rest in one of the three rooms:

The first two, ideal for couples, each have a queen-size bed (160 cm). The third room, with its bunk beds, will delight children who will enjoy staying there.



Two bathrooms are available: one in the parental suite, the other with WC. An independent WC is also available.



For more comfort, you also have a washing machine, a hairdryer, a barbecue, as well as three air conditioners in the bedrooms.



The swimming pool is heated and accessible from 01/05 to 30/09. It will be heated depending on the climate only if the outside temperature is above 20 degrees
