Der Checkin war völlig problemlos, es wurde uns eine sehr genaue Anleitung per WhatsApp zugesandt. Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ausreichend, sie hat eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und einen Ventilator im Wohnzimmer um die kühle Luft aus dem Schlafzimmer in der gesamten Wohnung zu verteilen, was vollkommen ausreichend war. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine,Filter Kaffeemaschine und Nespresso Maschine, ein Schlafsofa im Hauptraum sowie 2 Einzelbetten, die man wahrscheinlich auch zusammen schieben kann im hinteren Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu unbequem, der Rest ist wirklich prima. Was wir nicht wussten: in der Apartmentanlage darf man nicht mit Holzkohle grillen. Der in der Wohnung befindliche Elektrogrill stellte sich als defekt heraus, was wir der Vermieterin mitteilten.Uns wurde noch am gleichen Tag ein neuer Elektrogrill gekauft! Echt klasse! Morgens hat man Sonne beim Frühstück auf der kleinen aber vollkommen ausreichenden Terrasse, abends um 18:30 Uhr verschwindet sie hinter dem Gebäude, dadurch ist es auf der Terrasse abends nicht zu heiß. Es gibt einen Sonnenschirm, eine Sonnenliege und einen Tisch für vier Personen zum draußen essen, zu einem Nachbarn, gibt es einen guten Sichtschutz in Form einer Oleanderhecke. Im Vorraum der Ferienwohnung gibt es noch mal einen Tisch für 4 Pers. Die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht sehr schön:es sind ungefähr 120 m bis zum Sandstrand.Rundum eine Empfehlung!

Kleines Appartment am Strand

Kleine praktische Wohnung Mit allem was man so gebrauchen kann um sich gut selbst zu versorgen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß genug um nicht ständig einkaufen zu müssen auch gab es zu meiner freude eine Salatschleuder. Sehr praktisch war der Akku Staubsauger um die wohnung wärend des Aufenthalts ordentlich zu halten.Wir waren ende Juni 2025 in der wohnung und sehr froh über die Klimaanlage da es zu dieser Zeit sehr heiß war und man es ohne vermutlich nicht ausgehalten hätte.Die wohnung war sehr sauber und check in, check out und die kommunikation mit der Vermietern war super unkompliziert und freundlich. Der Strand war super nah und das Meer ein Traum. Sauber,klar und nicht zu kalt.Das einziege was mit gefehlt hat waren unternehmungen die man zu Fuß erledigen konnte, aber mit dem Auto kann man zu schönen Ortschaften in der nähe mit tollen Märkten, etc.

L'appartement est bien situé dans une résidence calme proche de la plage.Il est nécessaire davoir une voiture pour les courses.Séjour entaché d’odeurs nauséabondes dues à des problèmes d'évacuation, de vide sanitaire ,espérons prochainement résolus !Lavabo bouché (Destop 1 nuit pour écoulement normal)l'appartement est très chargé, manque de fonctionnalité pour une location de bord de mer.Deux lits dans la chambre 1 sous l'un des deux. Sommiers en 80 avec matelas en 90 cm ! Pas de chaises longues ou bain de soleil (1en mauvais état)portes placard cassées dans la chambre et de ce fait lave linge inaccessible ! Store extérieur déchiré (d'après 1 avis depuis 2021 !)lamelles store véranda très fatiguées..anneaux double rideaux déchirés...bref..dommage que la propriétaire ne procède pas à un entretien régulier pour justifier le prix demandé !

L’appartamento è in una posizione molto buona per fare la vita da spiaggia, vicino a La Nartelle. Per fare la spesa o andare in centro a Sainte Maxime serve la macchina. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e risponde subito alle mail. Nell’appartamento non manca nulla, ma secondo me è migliorabile sia la pulizia che l’ordine. Ci sono molte cose superflue e un po’ datate che si potrebbero eliminare per fare più spazio agli ospiti e alle loro valigie. Nel complesso il soggiorno era positivo.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Appartment

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester in diesem Appartment. Es ist klein aber sehr gemütlich und fast in direkte Strandlage. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet. Von dort aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Cannes 58km , Sainte Topez 22km , Monaco 125 km gemacht. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen 🙂

Es war eine tolle Woche mit Sonnenschein und Regen. Es ist eine nette Unterkunft. Der Strand ist supernahe und schön. Da die Ferienwohnung zwischen befahrenen Strassen liegt, hat es vor allem Nachts und an den Wochenenden einigen Autolärm.

Tolle Lage, super entspannt

Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. Geht prima, abgeschlossene Terasse. Sandstrand sehr nah, umwerfend schön, leider Hunde am Strand verboten. Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen, eingezäunten Ferienanlanlage mit viel grün und Pinien. Kleine Wohnung aber für zwei vollkommen ok, sehr gut ausgestattet, 2 Herdplatten. Vermieterin unkompliziert, hat alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, sehr freundlich. Kontaktlose Übergabe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, wer nah am Meer wohnen will und dieses Nachts rauschen hören möchte, ist hier richtig. Straße vor der Anlage stört nicht sehr. Wanderungen, Spaziergänge im Grünen muss man mit dem Auto fahren, einkaufen auch. Herrlicher Platz um Urlaub zu machen

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer Toplage

Eine Zweizimmer -Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse. Ca.300 Meter vom Strand. Top-Ausstattung: Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine u.a. Ein einziges kleines Minus: Keine Bäckerei in der Nähe, aber das kann man gut verkraften. Sehr gerne wieder!

Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt innerhalb einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, nur ca. 100 m vom sehr schönen Sandstrand La Nartelle entfernt. Die Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung, allerdings ziemlich voll gestellt und zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Mikrowellen und zwei Kaffeemaschinen braucht man nun wirklich nicht.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à la plage. La proximité avec celle ci est très appréciable mais le logement est décevant: pas de possibilité d'ombre ( pergola et parasol cassés), clim au fond du logement( donc très froid dans la chambre pour avoir un peu de frais dans le salon) et pas de bain de soleil... dommage. La résidence est calme et agréable.

Kuschelige kleine Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und so umfassend eingerichtet dass es an nichts fehlte. Lage genial in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage (zumindest im Sept. ). Hauseigener abgesicherter Parkplatz (Schränke). Sehr gepflegter Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Hauptort muss man Auto oder Bus fahren, was uns aber nicht störte. Die Vermieter waren super nett, entgegenkommend und aufmerksam. Mini-Laden in der Nähe, für größere Einkäufe muss man ein paar km fahren. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
