The newly renovated villa offers a beautifully decorated living space for up 8-10 people.

A spacious living-/dining room opens onto the terrace with an electric blind and breathtaking sea views. The adjacent open plan kitchen is very well equipped with all modern and desirable features. The ground floor offers three bedrooms (all with sea views and access to the terrace) and two bathrooms. The upper floor includes the master bedroom with a beautiful sea view and an extraordinarily designed, open plan, full en suite bathroom.

Rental with 10 Persons:
From the 2022 season, a really nice separate annex with a living room and a bedroom and a shower room can be rented additionally. Attention: additional rate per week for the annex depending on season 1.000 - 1.540 Euro).

The wonderful garden offers more than 3.000 m² of Mediterranean vegetation and several beautiful umbrella pines.

The 11.5 x 5 m swimming pool is located on a lower level, surrounded by a large terrace and an additional lawn area shaded by a pine tree offers additional space for hours of relaxation at the pool.

Parking for several cars in the grounds is available.

Pinienharz und Wespenplage

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage, ist bestens verwaltet und gepflegt...aber: Den Aussenbereich konnten wir während unseres Aufenthalts von einer Woche nur einmal abends nutzen. Die wunderschönen Pinien sondern permanent einen feinen Regen aus Harz ab. Boden, Möbel, Kleidung und Polster sind nach einem Aufenthalt von einer halben Stunde bereits klebrig. Zuletzt haben wir aufgegeben und unser Spritzen mit dem Schlauch und Abwischen eingestellt. Darüber hinaus haben übermäßig viele Wespen das Essen im Freien unmöglich gemacht. Die üblichen Methoden der Vertreibung warn bei dieser Vielzahl nutzlos. Darüber waren wir enttäuscht, haben aber sehr gute Restaurants und Strände in Ste Maxime und Umgebung gefunden...
