Former tobacco drying shed restored with respect for heritage preservation. This single-story house adjoins another gîte and is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ceramic hobs, and a freezer combination, as well as a living room with TV and internet access. You'll have access to two bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm bed and one with two 90x190 cm beds, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Garden furniture and a plancha grill are located in front of the gîte on the covered terrace. The property boasts an unfenced 1000 m² plot of land.
Two friendly dogs live on site, and you may spot the sheep.

You'll have your feet in the water with a view of the verdant valley.

You can visit the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, Rocamadour in the LOT department, and the Padirac Chasm. Or, enjoy outdoor activities with numerous hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and canoeing trails (hikes depart from the cottage and the river is 1 km away). Four adult bikes (mountain bike or city bike) are available.
