Concerned that we were given a "master" key for our room. Found out because my husband went into the wrong room. Then when we notified the manager, we were told it was a master key, and given a new key, but it seemed to open other doors too. We felt very unsafe. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Boot us out without notifying

They kick us out so they can book someone else to use our room that we arrive in middle of night. I’m still talking to whoever to get my money back since we didn’t even sleep in our own room

Absolutely not! The staff were rude and invasive, and tried to open the door while I was changing more than once, even though I had paid for late checkout and communicated at numerous times

The two nights I spent here were genuinely the worst I have ever spent at a hotel! Not only was the lobby attendant rude but she also wasn’t punctual. There’s certain times the lobby is supposed to be open and it wasn’t because she was nowhere to be found. That paired with the fact that I paid for late check out on both of the days yet I still had housekeeping open the door and try to enter while I was changing!!! And before you ask, yes I did tell them not to enter. They didn’t care and they just kept opening the door. I can’t even believe it either! I had to argue to be respected and that is far from ideal. And it happened both times! I stayed Friday night before an event and then I stayed Sunday night after my event and was walked in on BOTH times. Plus, there weren’t even batteries in the smoke alarm and no free Wi-Fi like advertised. Overall, if you want to be walked in on and disrespected by the staff, then this is the place to stay. If you value your privacy like most people do then definitely avoid this place and probably this entire town.
