Our well kept vacation rental is a true all seasons 4 bedroom 2 bath home that offers wonderful year-round accommodations for up to 8 guests. The house is located on a secluded 2 acre private property with woodland views / large front & screen porches / full kitchen / gas BBQ grill / outdoor deck dining / campfire ring and activity field / Free WIFI. We are exactly 1 mile from the Devils Fork State Park Boat Launch & Swimming Area and have a large parking area for both your boat trailer and other vehicles. Although we are not a lakefront property, our location is extremely peaceful and quiet away from the busy and noisy daily road traffic to Lake Jocassee at the Main Park Entrance ! Guests love that we offer easy (2 minute) back entrance access to the Lake boat ramps and is one of the most convenient locations to area restaurants , food stores, boat rentals and waterfall tour boats. Children always welcome and a well behaved pets are considered. From our nicely equipped kitchen to our comfy beds and tranquil woodland surroundings. Maplecrest is the perfect rental home for couples, families and friends.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
UNPLUG SMALL APPLIANCES / wash dishes / Stove / Oven / BBQ grill shall be left in a clean condition. Refrigerator emptied / cleaned. All trash bagged and placed in outside storage shed containers.
All litter and pet waste must be picked up from the outside areas and placed in trash cans secured in trash bags. Campfire ring emptied of cold ashes. Hose rolled up and water turned off at spigot,
Windows and doors closed and locked. Thermostat set to 78 degrees Summer / 60 degrees Winter. Leave the (2) house keys on fireplace mantle(1) key in lockbox, Security Alarm System to be armed AWAY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
