The TigerCub is a cozy, inviting, and private 2-bedroom, 1-bath escape located on 20 tranquil acres — perfect for couples, Gen X or Zs, or guests needing their own private getaway space. With crisp rustic wood interiors, simple open nooks, and Auburn-themed decor, you’re going to love it. The unit features a wrap-around bar counter, two hotel-style beds, a spacious den with a 52” SmartTV to watch the Tigers, a cool bathroom, full laundry, and 20 acres of land to explore.

Outdoor Spaces
- Screened-in porch with seating, a standing beer/drinks cooler, and an outside gas barbecue grill with all the utensils
- Firepit Shed, where you can gather around the fire pit and cook those spores
- Dog Kennel(s) - over 800 sq. feet of fencing connected to the back door with a doggy door you could crawl through! You can split the space in two if there is a need to separate pets.

🏈 Living & Dining Space - Accommodates up to 8 people
The TigerCub offers an open, inviting space with a unique U-shaped island/bar which easily seats at least 4 and, when combined with the dining table, can accommodate up to 6 - 8 in a casual setting. The Den can seat 5, but others can sit in front of the bar while watching a 52” wall-mounted SmartTV - perfect for game day!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you can think of for its size. Amenities include:
- Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, an electric stove and oven, an electric kettle, a toaster oven, a 4-piece toaster, a microwave, a blender, and an ice maker.
- 14-piece cookware set, cast iron skillets, tea kettle, baking dishes, tin baking dishes, and sheets
- Table settings for 4 include place mats, candles, paper napkins, dinner and appetizer plates, soup/salad bowls, both large and small forks and spoons, knives, glasses, tumblers, and stainless steel wine glasses
- Blender, hand-held mixer, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, and cups
- Coffee maker (drip style), electric kettle, coffee, creamer, sugar, and large orange mugs
- Extensive spices and seasonings, which include olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper, black peppercorn (with grinder), garlic powder, oregano, thyme, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes

- Orange and Blue cotton bath and hand towels, and wash cloths
- Mrs. Meyer`s all-purpose cleaner and hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, along with lotion
- Hair dryer and makeup removal cloths

🛁 Full Laundry
All you need is here with both a washer and dryer plus washing pods, dryer fabric softener sheets, stain remover, iron, ironing board, and starch spray - should keep you clean and fresh!!

Before checking in, the responsible party will receive a pre-check-in email with arrival information, house instructions, and rules. We will need a photo ID before check-in, as booking sites do not share this information with us.

Other key items include:
- No smoking or vaping inside, but it is allowed on patios or the courtyard.
- Only dogs and cats allowed.
- No overnight, unregistered guests are allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- No burning wood/substances in the fireplace or the lighting of candles.
