Nice enough, has a pool and breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it had a nice work space. Getting a bit dated, plug ins are sparceno USB ports for phone charger,, that kind of thing. Otherwise a good stay

Quiet and comfortable. Low water pressure everywhere but the shower, which was good. However, a cockroach above my bed on the ceiling in the morning kinda ruined the experience. Front desk said they were calling pest control, and we're very nice about it, but it did dampen things.

We booked this place because of the water slide but when we got there it was closed off. There was no wifi also. The beds are kinda hard. The staff was amazing though. Very friendly.

This was such a nice hotel! We got in super late at 3AM and accidentally booked the night after online. The staff was accommodating and made it an easy fix. We also were thoroughly impressed with the amazing breakfast and the employee working there. She was so sweet and accommodating to us and our 3 kids! Wish we had been able to stay longer!

Homeward Bound

Our check in was smooth, however the front desk person was very flustered by many things such as the pool door being locked, WiFi not being available for clients, and overall bad day it sounded like. Not unpleasant but we didn’t need the energy as we walked in. Our breakfast service was the best of our entire trip and the staff was so friendly and kind. Had a wonderful visit with her.

Two sisters on escape to relaxation, our room pillow top bed’s, snuggly pillows and breakfast perfect of course. The room was kind of dingy. The carpet needed a good cleaning and there was something sticky on the floor near the window. There was no internet, the water slide was broken, and the laundry machines were out of or order. On the bright side, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us use there machines to do laundry. Breakfast was awesome and they made chorizo for us upon request.

TV needs to either be repaired or replaced in room 213. Smoke alarm’s battery needs replacement. And the lights in the bathroom were very dim for the size of the room.

The gentleman that checked me in late at night as the last guest was absolutely wonderful. But beyond that, it was very average and poor. I had planned on leaving a tip for the maid. But on my checkout day, I received two knocks on my door before 10 AM. I then discovered later that there was a receipt of my bill slid under my door. And then 10 minutes later, I had another knock on the door and when I didn’t answer the maid service or whoever was at the door attempted to get into my room. They cannot get in because I had the extra lock on plus the privacy please sign on the door handle. I had planned on tipping my maid, but after being awakened by multiple knocks on the door and someone trying to get into my room before checkout time, I decided not to. I was told checkout time was at 11 AM and I had the privacy please on my door. So I assumed I would not be disturbed until after checkout time. But clearly I was wrong with the multiple knocking on the door and someone trying to get into my room while I was still sleeping on checkout day.
