The Backyard Suite

Come spend some time in our cozy neighbourhood of Salmon Arm. Our basement suite is cute and clean with lots of privacy. We provide everything you need to have a peaceful stay with no hassle.

The space includes a private entrance and parking space. Spacious living and dining area with a queen sized bedroom. A queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Laundry and kitchen essentials all included!

We are a 4 minute drive to downtown and 9 minutes to the beach.

Our place has all the necessities you will need.

We are close to walking trails and just a few minutes drive to everything in Salmon Arm!

You may see or hear us around as our three young children are full of life and love playing outside and inside! We can be heard moving around upstairs. We also have a playroom downstairs that the kids frequent in the evenings until 7pm.

Please park to the right of our front yard, along the cedar hedge of our property. From the gravel parking spot there is a path that leads along the house to the fence gate. Open the gate and go around the corner of the house, down the steps, to The Backyard Suite door entrance!

Our dog’s name is Lewis. He’s usually very friendly. He likes to roam our yard. He loves to bark but responds well to his name. (A lot of our guests don’t see him at all as he loves to sleep inside most of the day)!

This is a family home; so we make lots of noise during the day. Our kids are usually asleep around 7pm. If you’re noise sensitive our suite might not be the ideal match for you!!

Absolutely fabulous, easy parking, not far to carry items from car to accommodation, everything in the kitchen you need, charging device for anything- watch, C and usb, beautiful dog will come and see you. Clean bathroom and lots of lovely clean linen. Would I stay here again, absolutely I would. Host was friendly and welcoming
