Worked out perfectly for us.

I give it 4.5 stars. Only downsides were that it's on a very busy street. This is manageable once you locate the property and time the light properly. I was never bothered by street noise. The bathroom is very clean but old so there's no vanity space and the shower can be slightly tricky to navigate. Water pressure is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and has been updated. Living and dining areas were quite spacious for a small house. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy for workout clothes. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
