Started off that hotel oversold my room and put me in handicap room with significant water damage. Soap from previous guests was still in shower and stains on bed and in room were concerning. Breakfast was minimal and had no fruit. Staff were absent during checkout and had to leave key on counter along with several other guests. No desk attendant for 30+ minutes. Only chose this, along with other guests, because everything else was sold out due to a convention. Strongly recommend finding a room elsewhere.

Rooms were basic but still decent and did the job, asked for housekeeping and was very happy with it. Breakfast was good, the lady that was putting stuff out and picking up was absolutely amazing and always so sweet. Our kiddos loved the pool, swam every night! I was super happy they provided an indoor pool. It was a quick drive to the place we were attending. We will be booking here again!

The whole place was pretty run down and looked and felt dirty. Room felt pretty cramped for my friend and I. She said the hot tub was on the cold side. Breakfast was probably the highlight. It was decent, hot, and a good variety. However, the breakfast isn’t enough to get me to stay there again.

The room had some sort of foam pieces on the ground in the bathroom and sink area when we arrived. The clerk at check in allowed us to check in about 40 minutes early which I was grateful for. But she was curt, and when my husband came in with his sister she asked me why were getting a king room when there were three of us. It to me a little bit of time to explain that my husband's sister wasn't stay with us but had picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel. It was very unsettling and her assumptions that she was presenting to us. When I asked for a 2nd key since our room was for two people she just grab a key and handed it to us and had not "coded" it. And I was right that it did not work in the door and we had to get new key the next morning. The rooms were fine and mostly clean. Most of the staff were "friendly"... I don't know if I'd stay there again. It was close to where we needed to be. The food for breakfast was horrible and nothing healthy to eat.

Room was good. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet location. Easy onto Rt. 15, one block away. Breakfast needs improvement for non carb eaters. ALL carbs. Not enough fruit. Need more protein and non sugar choices. We would stay again.

The man working this morning was especially friendly and accommodating. The lady that checked me in yesterday could work on her costumer service skills. My mother and I stayed in the Queen suite & the "bedroom" itself was clean but it was freezing when we got there and took hours to warm it up. The beds were comfy and had clean sheets. Parking easy and felt safe. However....... I may have given more stars but there was an issue was the bathtub. It wasn't draining at all and I noticed a bunch of nasty hair in the tub. I put a bag over my hand and pulled a giant hairball out of the drain. (Uploaded photos on Google review, it wouldn't let me upload anything here).It was so disgusting & smelled horrible so I took the hairball down to the front desk and showed the man what I had fished out. Nothing was done about it. No offer to clean the tub, not even an apology. I prepaid for my room but I was still required an additional deposit upon arrival which is something I'd never encountered before so overall I doubt we'll be staying there again.
