Gave me a wheelchair accessible room

When I got there it was very late. Anyways I had actually requested a king bed. Which I paid for. I shouldn't have had to pay for a king bed price. Because they gave me a double queen in a wheelchair accessible room. Which actually made me more mad coming from someone that had a family member that was in a wheelchair for years that should be reserved for a wheelchair accessible disability for those customers. I didn't want to go back to the front desk and make a scene just because it was already late as is. But I'm disappointed that the front desk and the hotel doesn't abide by the disability of someone in wheelchair hold those rooms. Can you imagine after I checked in, someone in a wheelchair for themselves or family member needed that room but it was given to me.

The hotel was all booked and did not have any rooms or reservation for me! Had to search for another hotel a long way away from where I needed to be! I will be contacting Travelocity and expecting a full refund for the hotel charge. They stated that Travelocity had never contacted them!

Great price, not as great room

The hotel is nice but getting worn down. The stairs are not of regular height and so may cause you to stumble and the hallways can be a little worn. My room didn't have great water pressure and it took a really long time to get past the warm stage to the hot stage- it actually only happened the 5th day I stayed here. My heating/ cooling system had knobs to determine the level of comfort but they had nothing to do with the settings on the panel. I had to "go by feel" to determine heating o cooling or fan and I had to turn the temperature range knob back and forth at the cool range to get the actual air conditioning to come on. Then it tended to stick on "freezing"

The room was decently clean, however this property is run down, and not well maintained. It was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at from the freeway traffic, to creaky floors on the level above us, to a run down air conditioning unit, to the front desk bell going off every few minutes, all made for a difficult night of sleep.

The person who checked me was bery unprofessional. The room we stayed in smelled like stale cigarette smoke, when I told the person who checked me in he asked if I wanted him to spay. Also all the seals on the tub needed to be resealed and there was blood on the blankets we had to have them replaced. We did love the breakfast attendant and house keepers, they were very friendly.
