Guy at counter when we checked in acted like i was borhering him. Hot tub didnt work. Pool and hot tub dirty. Pool falling apart cement rocks all over the bottom. Had to flush toilet 2 to 3 times to get it to flush. Rooms were clean and nice. If you want to swim go some where else. But if you want nice clean rooms its a nice stay.

There were a number of things that just were not good about our stay. We were there 3 nights. First night my daughter finds an enormous bug in our room. First morning, my wife tries the eggs and they smelled old and rotten and tasted horrible. Second morning, they did not have breakfast at all because someone did not show up to work so we we had to pay for breakfast for 4 for breakfast somewhere else. The floor in our room was sticky or tacky like a soda had been spilled and the carpets were never cleaned but instead just walked on a lot but the sticky is still kind of there. As we were packing up, my daughter lost a small item. My wife starts looking for it. She did not find it but instead found stuff so gross. She found a literal piece of poop in a corner of a room under a thing. Someone had a pet and it must have pooped and then just no one cleaned it. Then under the beds, my wife found all kinds of old bottles and trash. Under one bed was a old moldy muffin from breakfast from who knows when. I am easy going but all this was to much. I will not stay at this hotel again even if the price is so low.

The staff and service were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok, nothing special and could use some updating. The hallways or at least the 4th floor were gross, very dirty and dingy and smelled. The hot tub wasn’t hot and there were panels open in ceiling letting cold air in pool area.

Room was not clean, lots of dirt and dust on floors and furniture and mildew in the shower. The shower didnt work- made loud noises, sputtery water- more leaky than even a basic stream- and never got hot. Toilet was running the whole time even though we tried checking the pump and everything. Lastly, bedding was not clean- had to ask for new sets.

Room was cold turned on the heat to 85 and was still blowing cold but I got in late so I just jumped in bed to keep warm. Went to get in the shower the next morning and the lever you pull up to shower would not come up. What a dumpy place for $100 a night.
