Pretty but disappointing

Hotel was quite new, clean, and wonderful appearance. Breakfast was sub par- juices were watered down and selections were few despite the hotel seeming quite full. Shower head was one step above a spray bottle. Towels were thin and rough. I was not expecting the Ritz but this was disappointing.

We arrived late after a long flight delay, there was someone checking in ahead of us and they were having issues, so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, no towels, garbage in the cans. I went back down to let the front desk staff know and I was told that they didn’t have any other rooms, she gave me fresh towels. I was not offered a discount or even an apology.

Nice property with clean rooms and comfortable bed. Would give 5 stars but there was no option for streaming services and the TV is a pain to navigate channels. Will likely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

We usually stay where there's a pool.Thats why we selected your hotel, the first night that we got ther we went to the pool and it was not a pleasant exp[rience, the water was dirty,cloudy,but that was not the worse, the walls all the way around were full of build up scum,oily brown sticky stuff, that we after we got in could not enjoy it even though we try to ignore it, we decided that we had made a mistake. We notify the lady at the front desk and said that she will notify the maintance guy. well we tried again thinking something was done for the fallowing night,it wasn't . We stayed for 3nights, not a good experience. We wanted to get out of there asap. wish something could be done. hope to hear from you

By accident, I booked a n“accessible“ room. It was directly next to the 24 hour fitness room. Too much noise on the first night. Won’t make that mistake again. Avoid room 124. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s a very nice place. Just book a room on the upper floors away from the elevator.

When I booked I was specifically looking for somewhere with adjoining rooms and a crib. Those features were listed and I noted it in my booking request. I booked both rooms at the same time. When I got there the front desk seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I was told they couldn't do adjoining room. Positive: The place was very clean, had a good breakfast, and was in a convenient location. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.

Had trouble everyday, having to get a new key because my key wouldn't open my room door. I'm handicapped and had to walk back down to the front desk to get new key. Unacceptable!!!! Had a problem last time when I checked in. I got the key went to my room and opened the door & the room wasn't even cleaned yet, like I told the front that could've turned out bad if someone was in the room with a gun or knife, I could have maybe been killed or what else? I always stay this Hotel & Hampton Hotels as much as I can. I sure hope the next time will be better!

Family Spring Break

Make sure to mention you have Hilton Honors mine wasn’t really acknowledged properly. Usually get a nicer room and better service. Kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast is excellent. The location is great for some local attractions.
