Overall, the Hampton provided a pleasant, safe, and clean stay. The only area for improvement was the breakfast, which suffered from supply shortages and slow replenishment. However, the room cleaning was outstanding, the television was excellent, and the inclusion of a microwave was appreciated. The linens and shower were exceptionally clean.

Great stay!

We lived the breakfast and the breakfast staff. So friendly and a good verity of food. Especially love the waffle maker!!! The room was awesome. Clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The only issue we had was at check-in: there was something wrong with the credit card machine—it kept declining every card, even though there was no issue with them. Fortunately, the desk clerk at the desk was able to work around it and get us our room keys. We were extremely grateful for this, as it was very late, and we’d had a long, rough day of driving. I was able to run down to the desk first thing in the morning to get the booking squared away (no issues with the credit card machine, thank goodness). Other than that, our stay was great: clean room with nice beds, and an excellent, complementary breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again, if in the area.

The staff here are wonderful and friendly. I had to extend my original stay and they were very accommodating to get me into a different room right away, rather than have to wait for the actual check-in time. Special shout-out to the lady that runs the show for the breakfast. She is on top of everything and very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options and she was was always busy either re-stocking or cleaning. She is awesome, I wish I had gotten her name. Overall it’s a nice hotel but in a newer area. Sort of hard to get out of the area if you want to go north. Because it’s immediate right onto Bangerter highway which is usually pretty busy and you have to get all the way over to the left for i15 northbound. So I didn’t love the location. But it’s right near the aquarium and ikea. There’s a Maverick gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance.
