The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. Someone was blaring music at 2am and screaming. There is a car in the parking lot up on blocks and missing tires.

The room was clean, big and spacious, and the bed comfortable. Requested this room for the recliner due to my legs needing to be up. However, the recliner was well used, uncomfortable and very hard to recline in. Once reclined hard to get back out of. Could have used a bigger variety in pillow softness.

The room was too hot, the tv was broken. When I went to tell the people she said I should have came earlier to let them know. Eventually they changed the room . The girl was rude and there was a snot or spit on the restroom wall that we had to request they clean. The 2nd day their was no one to clean our room and give clean towels.

Room was very clean; beds very comfortable with extra fluffy pillows. Bathroom very clean with extra towels. Did need refill on toilet paper and tissues and received them from front desk immediately. Other reviews gave complaints about all I have mentioned, and maybe those travelers were too picky or spoiled. My Place Hotel spoiled us instead, and would definitely use it again if needing to stay in SLC again.
