This is a good enough, slightly above average property. I would stay here again. I would select this property over the staybridge and holiday inn onsite.

Don't expect your room!

When I went to check in, they didn't have my room. They also ran my card for the, "deposit" knowing I didn't have a room. They did offer to put me up in another hotel (with the money I paid for this place) but it wasn't within walking distance of where I needed to be (why I chose this place). I asked for my money back, got a room next door.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. I booked on Hotel.com under my name and my partner was using his credit card to pay but during check in I was told since the reservation was in my name the cc had to be in my name. I have never been told that and 50% of my travel I have booked but someone else has paid with their cc.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. We had two rooms on the 4th floor. The 4th floor smelled of smoke so strongly and when we were headed for checkout the next morning the elevator smelled of chemicals so badly we couldn't breath. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the Maverick center. Which we were able to walk to and from. Overall good experience

Very close to the Maverick Center. Lots of dining options up the street. Coffee and Tea in the lobby. Our room came with a full kitchen. No ice machine just an ice maker in the fridge. Plan ahead if you want ice. Had a great stay.

The rooms were well equipped with small stove, sink, microwave and fridge. The location was very good, easy to get to the highway for travelling. Laundry facilities were also great.

Management+deposit=bonus

The manager of the hotel, is responsible in most part for my impression of this property. She entered our room with about 5 mins notice, it would of been less had my husband just got out of the shower. To accuse us of smoking, because our room smelled weird. We let her know that we our both non smokers for her to basically call us liars, she let it be known that black marks on the towels indicate that we smoke. Actually it indicates my husband, wiped off the top of the cupboards, which indicates negligence on their part on training house keepers how to clean. Upon checkout she kept 70 out of the 100 dollar deposit because we checked out at 1230 which the guy at the front desk oked the day before. She refused to give me a receipt for the kept incidental charge. She wanted to keep the deposit that's why she accused us of smoking and when that failed went down the list.if she does it to one person a day 5 days a week that's a nice bonus for her. Disrespectful managment

The managment needs a lesson in customer service. Not only did they wrongfully accuse me of smoking in the room, they kept 70 dollars of my 100 dollar deposit, without giving me a reciept for, saying it was for a late checkout bcuz i checked out at noon, which they oked when i checked in. And the night guy came up to my room when i checked in bvuz it was filled with smoke when i checked in he said he would note it. I dont smoke.
