My son was ill and grieving because his brother had just died. The staff were compassionate to my son and helped him immensely, especially getting him a shuttle to the airport so he could fly home.

The room was dirty, the furniture was peeling. Site says Buffet breakfast but that was wrong too. I over paid by 25 dollars using Expedia instead of just calling the hotel. Staff was nice though. Id go somewhere else

The shuttle driver didn’t speak enough English to understand Amtrak station and I was left on the curb trying to get to the hotel until 2am, and then there were bugs in the bathroom.
Mot sure if it was a roach or not, this was in the bathtub and another small bug on the bathroom counter.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had special reading lamps with gooseneck for reading in bed without disturbing roommates. Really good Indian restaurant inside the hotel, with large menu. No carpeting, which is a plus to me.
