The furniture in the room look like they got it from a garage sale, the chair was scratched up, there was veneer that was missing on the desk exposing the particle board underneath, they offered coin op laundry but only had $1 worth of quarters that I could buy to operate it, I had to leave the premises to buy quarters at a convenience store. There was no ice machine on our side of the hotel, their customer office system consisted of a small computer with no printer, I had to go to the library to print off my boarding passes for our flight home, the room was cleaned on the third day of our visit because I asked one of the cleaning crew if they would clean the room, I wen to the front desk to get replacement bath towels and wash cloths and the person at the desk didn't know what a wash cloth was. This is not what I expected from a Clarion Hotel.

Everyone was always smiling and kind. I had to extend my stay and they were able to no problem. The pool was full and the restaurant was delicious.

I chose this hotel for proximity to airport as I needed to pick someone up next day. This was a very busy hotel, lots of families and also people there for a conference nearby. It has been remodeled in odd ways and the furnishings are inconsistent in age/usage. Shower was good, towels and bed linens were good. Bed was comfortable. There is no elevator for the second floor.

Staff are nice. However, the room that I stayed is in poor condition. 1. The walls are patched and you can see the patches even the walls are painted. 2. The room that I stayed has a chewing gum on the wall. 3 .Sprinkler heads are rusted and not sure if it is still working. 4. No TV services and local channel to watch. 5. Floors and bed are squeaking. 6. Security latch too many holes not sure if it is safe. 7. Lotion and shampoo are empty. 8. The picture that is on Expedia is not what I saw in the roon that I stayed, Overall the room condition is very poor.

We stayed for 3 nights house keeping never came. The room was clean but the chair was worn out could probably throw it out. The bed was a little hard but the sheets and bedding was comfortable. My major complaint was the inconvenience of our key card not working and having to go to the front desk each time. We stayed in the back side of the building on the 2nd floor. No elevator which isn’t a big deal except for having to constantly go back to the front desk because the key card didn’t work. The facility is old and smelled old. But there are upgrades in the bathroom

Long check in line. Key would not work to room. Eventually desk clerk opens room with master key. Two people already in the room. Not happy for the near 12 am awakening. Clerk says this is impossible. Gets us another room. Key works. Push down on handle, door does not open. Occupied too? Get staff to check. Staff says l need to lift the handle up instead of push down that's why the door would not open. Ridiculous

The propert mattresses had stains, no bottom skirt, faucet in shower came off and had been patched several times, walls had food and handprints and room smelled like old cheese and mold.

The front desk took 20 minutes to check us in at 2:30 am in the morning. No other people checking in. Then NO ELEVATOR. I had to drag a 49 pound suitcase up stairs. Then they charge a $250 deposit that you get refund in 3-5 days. A terrible excuse for a hotel.

Missing elevators

Didn’t realize the hotel does not have an elevator. I have a heavy luggage as I am traveling to Europe. I managed to get my luggage up though. But hotel should really invest on an elevator. I can’t imagine an elderly couple with heavy bags having to take the stairs.
