Another disappointment

Again older than hotel.com shows in their adds, gym all broken, difficult to get into. Bathrooms had a lot of damaged tile, mold showing. Pool smelled so bad and a green/yellow color. Not in a convenient location

Had an issue with the bathroom and they only fixed one of the 2 issues. The room was outdated it looks like any money that was put into the property was used on the outside and the lobby area,

My little boys and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had a BLAST! The staff was helpful, even helped me upon arrival (after a 20hr drive), they were great with my kids, breakfast was always ready-to-go and their Indian food… YUMMMMM!!!! I HIGHLY recommend coming here! We didn’t use the pool, although our room had a view of it, because we were always out and about. I’ve traveled to many places and countries and stayed in various hotels-this one is one of my favorites! The people alone make it worth the trip :)

I have stayed at a number of Comfort Inns and this by far was the worst. I don’t know if they gave us the room (173) they did because I booked through Expedia instead of directly through their app, but I was not impressed. The check-in staff was great but it went down hill fast from there. When my daughter sat down on the bed it rolled across the floor. I sat down on the other bed, it rolled away as well. The outside side door into the hotel wasn’t locked. We went in and out a few times. The carpet was awful. I wouldn’t even shower because of the bathroom Our room was across the hall from where the ice machine was supposed to be but there wasn’t anything there but a big empty space. I thought this hotel was a newer one closer to the airport but it was about a mile further west. Will not be booking this hotel ever again.
