Tilamme on loistava laskeutumispaikka iloisille matkailijoille, jotka haluavat nauttia uskomattomista Wasatch-vuoristosta. Tämä koti sijaitsee hiljaisessa lahtina ja sisältää yksityisen maanpäällisen kellarin sisäänkäynnin, kadun varrella sijaitsevan pysäköintialueen, yksinäisen kylpytynnyrin, huvimajan ja yksityisen bbq: n. Tässä erillisessä 1 500 neliöjalkaa tilassa on täysin varustettu keittokomero, 2 suurta makuuhuonetta näköalalla (ajattele ohi peuraa ja mahtavaa auringonlaskua), ja toinen on lasten makuuhuone, jossa kerrossänky. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on nukkumisnumero, ja toisessa on upea tyynynpäällinen. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kerrossänky ja 2 vyöryvä vuodetta.
Siellä on suksi- / lumilautailuvälineiden kuivaushuone, graniittikatto ja jääkaappi, 2 T. V: tä, toimistotila ja wifi. Kylpyhuoneessa on lapsiystävällinen amme, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus lasi-astianpesuallasineen ja vanhusten ystävälliset kaidet. Olohuoneessa on takka ja mahtava jalkahierontalaite hauskojen, uuvuttavien hiihtopäivien jälkeen. Sitten rentoudu kylpytynnyrissä, katsomalla tähtiä ja tarkkailemalla asuvaa poroa vaeltelemassa. Pyynnöstä on saatavana myös pesulapalvelut, joissa on suuri pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, käytettävissä olevilla pyykkisaippua- ja kuivauslevyillä. Siellä on myös silitysrauta ja -lauta. Tarvikkeet ja ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet toimitetaan mukaan lukien puhtaat, pehmeät pyyhkeet, kylpytynnyripyyhkeet, shampoo, hoitoaine, saippua, pyyheliinat, voide ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Keittiönurkkaus on täysin varustettu kahvinkeittimellä, Keurigilla, teepanimella, tehosekoittimella, kattiloilla, kattiloilla, leivänpaahdin, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, pienikokoinen Kitchenaid-uuni, yksi smart-touch-induktiopoltin, pieni jääkaappi, jäätelökone, paahdettu voileipäkeitin, automaattinen riisikeitin ja toivottavasti kaikki muu mitä tarvitset. Just as advertised! Great location, very close to stores and the mountains. Host was very responsive. My husband really loved the hot tub after snowboarding all day. Definitely recommend this place - lots of activities for my son such as the pool table, dart board, and air hockey table.

Listing not as described!

This would have been a wonderful place to stay, but the listing for this rental property is misleading and did not fully disclose all the dome cameras they have around the property, which we believe violates VRBO's privacy policies. First, this is an owner-occupied rental, where the rental space is their basement that has a private entrance around the house in the backyard. You DO NOT get the entire house despite them posting pictures of the entire house. This was advertised as being “secluded” and “PRIVATE space NO SHARING” however, there was a man that walked by through the rented space in the backyard to get to his garden which made all of us uncomfortable. They played music on their outside speakers which impeded our desire for quiet nature, let alone private space.The kicker though, is that they have cameras all over the outside which were not identified in the listing, in writing, verbally, or any form of posting on the property and made our stay feel extremely uncomfortable, exposed and violated. Not only are there undisclosed cameras on the property, there are three large windows to the rental facing the backyard and one camera that could look directly into the main room, which also contained a bed to use - however, there were absolutely NO window coverings/blinds/shutters for privacy!Again, it would have been a really nice place to stay, but the creepiness of the cameras, no privacy, and misleading posting not saying it was owner-occupied ruined it.

Serenity and beyond

The property is tucked away with a beautiful wooded atmosphere right on the Wasatch front with picturesque Mountains. It truly is a gem. Saw fun and friendly wildlife, a mommy and baby deer, frolicking squirrels that seemed domesticated actually. The home is rustically but also elegantly decorated with all the entertainment for adults, our 9 and 17 year old grandkids too - Pool table, air-hockey, private hot tub and a quiet gazebo to take in the outdoors and more The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking and meal prep needs too! The kids room is so fun, with a light show projector… (picture below)Our host Emma, was delightful and always quick to respond. I Will definitely definitely stay again when visiting the area, we loved this stay and property. The James Family.

Not as expected.

Pros:The home and area were beautiful and clean.The pool table, ice hockey, dart board were fun.Cons:The property is actually the basement of a house where people live. The only separation between the basement and the living areas upstairs was a folding room divider that was held in place by a bar stool and some sort of padlock which was a little shocking upon first sight. Definitely not shown in the pictures. The kitchen was not a full kitchen. There is an electric hot plate for cooking and a toaster oven. The fridge is not full size. There was food leftover in the fridge and there were dishes in the dishwasher. The book said there were portable heaters in the closets of the 3 bedrooms. There was only one portable heater and the 3rd bedroom did not have a closet. Communication was a little slow. All in all, the place was nice and while pictures were mostly accurate, the above details seem to be specifically left out of the listing. We would not have rented it had we known all the details but it was fine.

Excellent Location - lovely home

This location was super easy to get to all ski mountains, access to food and amenities. The house is really lovely, I would come back in a heartbeat and you can't beat the deer roaming through the whimsical backyard. A lovely stay.

wonderful property, excellent location for skiing

Emma's place was perfect for our family ski trip with 18 and 22 year olds, the pool table got tons of use from our 22 year old and the location close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood was terrific for skiing. The appliances, fixtures, and furnishings all felt high end, decor was fun and eclectic, the hot tub was great, and Emma was very helpful and communicative. We liked the quiet setting in a neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped (counter top over was fine), and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
