They kick me out with no reason, I showed the manager my room it was nice and clean they said they would refunded me and they never did. And a friend said his room had bed bugs, stay away from this hotel.

When we checked in they have a bad room key wouldn’t unlock more then three times we would have to go with staff had to come down, there was no elevators!! we had a lot of luggage to carry upstairs!

I flew in at 3:30 pm and called for the airport shuttle. I was told there isn't a shuttle between 11am and 5:30 pm.. Check in is at 4pm.... so why wouldn't you have a shuttle closer to that time frame? Front desk was extremely rude.
