The hotel had nice amenities, including an on-site bar and Grill and complementary breakfast. Also a very nice shuttle to the airport.

Key cards and door locks not reliable. TV system confusing, DirecTV remote not working, no network TV available. Bathroom fan sounds like it’s seized…intermittently squeals. Bar never open during all posted hours. Odour from restaurant overwhelms lobby and hallways.

Older room, signs of water damage. Uneven flooring, poor lighting, bathroom still had hair in the tub and in the floor. Shower tile was cracked. Fridge opened the wrong way, very little space between bed and “kitchen”. Lack of power outlets, no alarm clock in room. Only mirror was in the bathroom which was difficult with 2 people.

The woman who checked us in and out was amazing and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Wasn't excepting there to be zero cable to watch T.V. on. Our room was right against the washer and dryers and when in use shook the bed, causing some discomfort and fustration when being woken up by it. Excepting a larger or more pillows. We did enjoy showering with the daddy long legs.

No hot water, apparently had a broken pipe. Ice machine broken. Had a spill on a bed, asked for the linens to be changed and room serviced, no one ever showed up. Super noisy, from street, and other rooms. Not offered any type of reimbursement for no hot water during 2 night stay.
