Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. Very good. Staff friendly. Is an older building. Has direct TV and it doesn't work very well. Some outlets don't work. Bring a surge or extension cord for the one or two that actually works for charging your devices Overall clean quiet stay. No frills.

I don’t know what world this is a 4 star hotel in! Haha for real it’s 2 and a half stars in reality. This hotel was sufficient for an overnight stay after a cancelled flight close to the airport. The shuttles were included which was great. The room was clean but an absolute dump. Breakfast was your typical high fructose corn syrup and chemical Walmart style food. Meh.

AC good. Didn’t eat breakfast didn’t have time. Needs a new toilet seat and the toilet runs after flushing. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Ate at restaurant was ok. Would stay here again

The check-in was quick and the staff was very pleasant. The room condition was far from what on-line pictures looked like. It was definitely run down. In the morning when I turned on the lights, I found 4 bugs, I think cockroaches, but I’m not an insect expert. When I flew home, I unpacked and found another one of the bugs in my bathroom bag.

There were a lot of cosmetic blemishes that could've been fixed when the last update was done. Paint that could've been fixed, huge porcelain chips on the tub. Plus I had a silverfish insect in my shower. Overall the room was clean and halls smelled clean. Breakfast bar area was clean and food was standard but hot and fresh! My only complaint was I had asked 3 times for extra coffee and creamer/sugar packets brought to my room and I never got them!

I can't take my star away for the breakfast. We didn't eat. The place had a funky smell. It traveled clear down into our room. Our room and bathroom weren't very clean. My husband had to really push on the door to get into the room. The lock is messed up.. The front desk people are very friendly. Unfortunately I dont see us staying there again.

Stayed here almost 2 weeks ago, left a day early and checked out at front desk the person who checked me out never did in the system, so I am still waiting 2 weeks later for the refund for the night I didnt stay after also being told by 3 different people I was checked out and the refund will be to me in 2 business days. I also called in the midst of my travels the day I left to confirm I checked out to confirm it was done in the system and was told they couldnt find me so I had to of been to find out today I never was. Unimpressed to say the least.
