The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner cooktop, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, and a blender. It also features a refrigerator, washing machine, and a water purifier—everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay.

In the bedroom, comfort continues with a 32” Smart TV, air conditioning, iron, and a compact ironing board—ideal for those who like to keep everything neat and tidy.

The bathroom is complete and functional, with an exhaust fan, bidet shower, hair dryer, collapsible bucket, and a compact retractable drying rack that saves space without compromising utility.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and therefore not available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

In addition, for those who need to stay productive during their stay, we provide a coworking space. Please note that some of these amenities require advance booking and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.
