Nice hotel to relax and enjoy football and swimming pool

I stayed at Stella Maris resort a week during the world cup. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The best thing about this hotel is the huge swimming pool, and the free WIFI internet in the rooms. I could skype with my family in Europe without a problem. The food is ok. They have a buffet restaurant which is correct. Cost is 60 BRL (around 20 EUR). You can also have a snack by the swimming pool during the day, or eat in the italian restaurant in the evening. There the pasta are really good, but I have to say I had the worst pizza in my entire life. Service is decent but not more. People speak English at the reception, but you would need to speak Portuguese with waiters and cleaning ladies. Service at the Lobby bar is slow to say the least. They must still prepare the Bruschetta I ordered last week because I never received it! Location is a bit far from the City but the hotel organised a shuttle to the stadium for each match. Finally, you can not swim on the beach next to the hotl because the waves are too strong. So if this is important for you look for another hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr Sauber und das Mobiliar teiweise halb defekt.

Rezeptionistin die uns bedient hat sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber das Zimmer und vorallem Badezimmer ist sehr eklig.

Genialer Urlaub für Ruhe und Erholung

Die Altstadt von Salvador ist der sehenswert. Hotel liegt ca. 30 km außerhalb vom Zentrum von Salvador. Hotel sehr gut und komfortabel, das Personal freundlich und nett. Urlaub war Erholung pur.

Tolle Lage

Das Hotel war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte auch Englisch. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand, an dem auch nicht zu viel los war. Den Pool habe ich nicht getestet, sah von außen aber soweit gut und sauber aus. Ein Animationsprogramm gibt es dort auch. Das Zimmer war ok. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Doppelbett reserviert, bekamen aber zwei. Was aber eigentlich super war. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkonund eine Klimaanlage, die leider direkt aus Bett pustete und man echt fror. Das Badezimmer war nicht ganz so sauber. In der Dusche waren Schimmelflecken. Alles im ganz war das Hotel aber gut und ich würde es weiter empfehlen.

Einfaches Hotel

Es war gut, die Zimmer waren gross und die Lage sehr gut. Direkt an einem langen Strand. Dass essen könnte etwas besser sein.
