All rooms in the house (including living room, reading room and dining room) have split air conditioning maintained by periodic maintenance.

Kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art Brastemp appliances.

40 m2 swimming pool with beach with greenhouse loungers. Spa and bath area with stainless steel cascade. Solarium in porcelanato with thermal insulation. Swivel table and chairs also Greenhouse.
Gourmet space with brewery, stainless steel barbecue and electric stove.

Wonderful landscaping project planned and executed by Alex Sá and the architectural project was developed by Tânia Póvoa.
