Villa Gialonia is a newly-constructed building. The lime and stone represent a perfect combination between the comfort of modern hospitality and the respect for the typical style of Salento. Set in the countryside of the splendid sea of Pescoluse, and far from chaotic nightlife, it enjoys a strategic position permitting a holiday oriented towards pure relaxation without, however, renouncing the entertainment and possibilities that the coast offers.

Interior:
The property has two floors. The rooms are in local style with a touch of eclectic modern, characterized by star vaulted ceilings. There is a living area with large windows that allow you to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and pool and from where you continue to the kitchen that has a door facing the patio, ideal for breakfast or little snacks. The cleverly-lit hallway leads to the sleeping area with four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a half bath along the hallway. The accessories and furnishings are colourful and in perfect Mediterranean style, with suspended handcrafted wardrobes made to measure and lined in silky vinyl fabric; the bedrooms, although similar, have accessories that distinguish them and make them unique, such as the headboards of the beds, all unique vintage pieces as well as the bedside tables each in a different style. In the basement with access from the outside, is a laundry room and an area with a double sofabed.

Park:
The Mediterranean-style private garden covers about 3,000 sq m of green lawn interspersed with red earth, with succulents, herbs and rocks. There are numerous elegantly furnished areas where guests can relax and dine outdoors, especially the patio facing the pool, set up as an outdoor dining and living area, as well as the splendid barbecue area in typical local stone. Also enchanting is the swimming pool in stone with a pergola for dining in pure Mediterranean style.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool can be easily reached from the patio of the villa which is about 10 m away. Measuring 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, it is lined in beige pvc and has chlorine purification. Access to the pool is via a small beach, ideal for the little ones, and large steps for the older ones. The sunbathing area is equipped with a gazebo, chaise longue, small tables and a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Pets: Yes, small size. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
