The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal and small size). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).



Villa Serena is a single-storey villa set just above Marina di Pescoluse, a seaside resort on the southern coast of Salento. Built in a style reminiscent of traditional Puglian ‘lamie’, the villa blends simplicity with functionality, featuring smooth plastered walls, pale stone columns and a linear layout that opens onto a sea-facing garden. Inside, there are two bedrooms and a living space with kitchen and dining area, all arranged on one floor. A large, shaded veranda connects directly to the pool terrace and includes a dining table, lounge seating and a barbecue area, with a backdrop of palm trees, lawns and a distant view of the sea. Just a short drive from the golden beaches of the Ionian coast, the villa is well positioned for visiting the towns of Santa Maria di Leuca, Castro and Gallipoli.

Interior:
GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into dining area with open-plan kitchen and access to the outdoor dining veranda; hallway to one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with joinable beds; one bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located outside in a sheltered recess. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is set within approximately 1500 sq m of grounds, partially fenced and planted with lawn, palms, cycas and low stone borders. A liburnum hedge marks the boundary and offers partial sea views. A gravel drive leads to a shaded parking area for two cars. A large furnished veranda beside the house includes a dining table, lounge seating and a barbecue with work surface. A cold-water shower is positioned discreetly behind the house.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool lies just outside the main living space. Measures 9 x 4 m; maximum depth of 1.30 m; lined in light-blue PVC; chlorine purification; access via metal ladder. A decorative amphora with waterfall feature is positioned at one end. The surrounding solarium is paved in Trani stone and equipped with sunbeds and a cold-water shower. The pool is illuminated for evening use and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
