Well, 1st room had roaches, the lady moved us to another room, once we walked up to it, door was slightly opened, bed undone and heater was blasting. I asked for another room. So, 3rd and final room had roaches as well. The lady at the front was good helping out with the situation but we ended up not staying in the property.
When requesting my refund thru Hotels.com, after many attempts the property never reached back, after 2 months unanswered email and unreturned calls, Hotels.com was nice enough to refund me my money.
