Well, 1st room had roaches, the lady moved us to another room, once we walked up to it, door was slightly opened, bed undone and heater was blasting. I asked for another room. So, 3rd and final room had roaches as well. The lady at the front was good helping out with the situation but we ended up not staying in the property. When requesting my refund thru Hotels.com, after many attempts the property never reached back, after 2 months unanswered email and unreturned calls, Hotels.com was nice enough to refund me my money.

The room had damage on the walls, the toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall and there were cockroaches. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was quite the bed was comfortable. There was blood stains on the towels no wash cloths. When we woke up there was roaches everywhere. Had to shack my clothes out to make sure there was no bugs on them.

Room was not vwry clean... the light by the bedside looked as if it was scribbled in sharpie... I have stayed here once before and my room was not bad at all. But this time around was not a great experience. My TV was also not working, both remotes did not have batteries... workers are nice but definitely not the best stay.

Pictures of rooms need to be updated on website. Rooms are not as pretty as pictures show. Pictures are also deceiving. It shows plates, cups, coffee maker and dish strainer but these are not in the rooms. Website states iron and iron board, also not provided. There is only a fitted sheet and a regular sheet on the bed. The pillows are very used and not comfortable.

Stayed 1 night, buy 12 o'clock checkout came around and I was gonna pay for another night and they told me no I couldn't because it was 5 min past check out time and we needed to leave. I was waiting on a ride to pick me up so they told me I had to get all my belongings out and for me and my baby to wait in the hallway. Very rude and pushy
