I made a reservation weeks before hand and when I got to the hotel I was told that there was a lot of people that came in the day I was there and they gave them the rooms. Why reserve rooms if they are giving them out first come first serve

The room was passable. The tv would not work. There was hair all over the floor - bathroom, bedroom, hall. What a mess. There was even hair between the two packaged paper coffee cups. The place needed to be steam mopped. The bed sheets were rough and, though white, were threadbare. Also, we were supposed to have a “city view” but there’s a hotel being build, so we couldn’t even see out of the windows.
