The front desk clerk who checked us in gave amazing service as did the valet Parker’s. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, the towels were thick and plentiful. Location was super convenient to everything.

I recently stayed at The Aiden Hotel in San Antonio and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service—they even brought my DoorDash order directly to my room, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch! The location is perfect—close to the Riverwalk, as well as great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I can’t recommend The Aiden Hotel enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to San Antonio. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The vibe is Punk Chic meets speakeasy. Staff is super sweet and very accomodating. My niece wanted to stay in our room... Bam! Extra bedding and suggest ice cream sandwiches. Family showed up at bar closing time... Bartender stayed, helped chose a bottle to share and gave us the best welcome!

Don't judge a hotel by its "cover." the outside of Aiden is rather bland, and in fact you might miss it. however, once inside the lobby one is greeted with this fabulously modern-decorated space that is quite awesome. The hotel room was exceptional. we have already returned to the hotel and will use it as our "go to" hotel in San Antonio.

Very friendly staff, great service. The entire hotel is renovated and very nicely furnished and decorated. Great gym, very quiet even though it was close to the highway. Would definitely go there again.

Loved the big room — we had the king suite. The bathroom was a little tight but adequate. The towels were fluffy. The gum was awesome. The lobby was very nicely decorated in a funky minimalist way. They can add a breakfast service. It’s not on the Riverwalk but we didn’t mind the 12 minute walk.
